Romney should say that he cannot tell the SuperPAC to stop for fear of being called a bully again.

But he will probably just defend Obama...

Maybe, but I think there will be a big difference between McCain and Romney run their campaigns. Think of it this way: Romney has been groomed from birth to be president, whereas McCain was not. Instead, he was the “maverick”, who always was looking for approval from the other side. So when he ran his campaign, he didn’t want to change his persona. But Romney is fulfilling his father’s legacy. Since Romney is near his goal, do you think he will play nice just to lose it?
