Fresh tragedy hit the Kennedy family Wednesday: the estranged wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. hanged herself in a barn behind her Westchester home.
Mary Richardson Kennedy, 52, was the mother of four children, the youngest of whom is 11.

Damn.
You know, the Kennedy's, I despise them.
But I still feel empathy for anyone who is so desolate, so hopeless, that they think death is preferable to working through the temporary problem, whatever it is, that I face.
When I first was trying to get clean, I'd stumble. And on a relapse, when I was feeling awful, I'd want to kill myself. I called my sponsor one of those times. He said, "Well, don't do that!!!"
I asked, "Why not?"
"Because you'd be killing the wrong guy," he responded.
Stayed my hand.

There are no witnesses to the hanging. That she hanged herself is an assumption only.

How terribly tragic. With all that the family has, they certainly have had more than their share of sorrows. May God bless her children and give them peace, and forgive her for taking her own life. She must have felt very desperate. Very sad.

I also feel for Mary Richardson Kennedy and what she must have gone through enduring life within the Kennedy cult.

There are no witnesses to the hanging. That she hanged herself is an assumption only.The first thing I thought was that this just happened today, and already the news report is conclusive that it was suicide? Since it's the Kennedys, if it WASN'T suicide, we'll never know.

I feel sorry for her kids and her parents and family,
Why should anyone feel sorry for the Kennedy’s, she was no longer a Kennedy, and the Kennedy’s didnt feel sorry for Mary Jo.
