It’s mushroom cloud after mushroom cloud for President Obama.
We’ll never see the internal polls, but the externals are awful: Down 8 percent to challenger Mitt Romney in the latest poll, with fewer than 180 days; disillusioned college kids, independents and the white working-class fleeing in droves. Even the barber-shops boys are mocking their Man. Makes sense that in Chicagoland, Obama Central, the internals they’re seeing are even worse.
Which explains this past week. Joe “Blunderbuss” Biden on May 6 blurts out that he’s totally cool with gays marrying. Mushroom cloud. Release the hounds: The vice president is at odds with the president. Monday, the White House slow-plays it (with spokesman Jay “Talking Points” Carney finally fully filling his role as Chief Buffoon). Tuesday, a fierce press corps demanding answers (ABC’s Jake Tapper gets his Underoos all in a wad.) Chief Buffoon repeating over and over, no change — until there’s a change. Oh, and North Carolina just happens to be busy voting down gay marriage.
Wednesday, the president suddenly announces a sit-down (with a friendly reporter, of course), and, oh boy, he’s gotta answer the gay marriage question now! (Or Jake will really come at him.) The president does! He’s for it! (But let the states decide — bold new territory, except former Vice President Dick Cheney said the same thing three years ago.) The Associated Press says president has set a “world precedent.” And Thursday, off to Hollywood to party at George Clooney’s house (tears of joy wept for the smartest president ever). At the weekend, Mr. Obama and Mr. Biden celebrate with a round of golf.

The money issue is what drove this. I suspect that they are spending tons of money early on, and this was a no-choice situation. Course, when you get to July....then what? Find another special group who wants you to admit Bigfoot exists, or that all nuclear plants should be closed?
I don't think this was an accident any more than the birth control questions in the GOP debate were an accident. This is a shotgun approach to distracting us from the economy. They are going to throw everything at the voters, including Trayvon's hoodie and Fluke's 30,000 condoms a year, and see what sticks.
Two things: I think that money was big-—which itself is a little surprising, given that Obama was supposed to be a fundraising machine. He is clearly scared of Romney’s potential to raise money. Second, I still think the buried news of the Fed allowing. China to buy US banks is huge, and they knew the fallout would be immense, so the gay smokescreen was convenient.

We’re already being bombarded with 0bama campaign ads. Seeing that it’s pretty early in the campaign season he must be running scarred.

Let’s not forget the Supremes come back the 1st week of June. They have thrown everything at the wall to distract and isolate, and it’s not working. It is so obvious that they are paniced.

George Soros is behind a newly uncovered effort to teach Democratic congressmen how to smear their opponents as racist.
Last week House Democrats invited the radical, left-wing, Soros-financed group called the Center for Social Inclusion “to address the issue of race to defend government programs,” according to documentation reviewed by Joel Gehrke of the Washington Examiner.
“The prepared content of a Tuesday presentation to the House Democratic Caucus and staff indicates that Democrats will seek to portray apparently neutral free-market rhetoric as being charged with racial bias, conscious or unconscious,” Gehrke writes.

Before last week, I thought Romney had no shot at beating Obama....but Obama is already making mistakes I didn’t think he’d make in this campaign....so now, it’s anybody’s guess as to what will happen in November.
I’d almost rather see Obummer LEADING by 2 points going into the last week of October.
That way, he’d still wear that silly smile as he makes plans for the big victory party on Election Night, only to face the gut-wrenching horror of actually losing (which he will).
But if he’s down BIG with a month or more left to campaign, the Narcissist-in-Chief might consider doing something stupid (I mean HISTORY-MAKING STUPID) to try to cinch the election.
Only time will tell, but if the worst stuff the Kenyan anti-Christ has on Willard is that he was mean to some kid back in the early 1960s, well...
No. We know exactly what will happen in November. Conservatives will not be allowed to control the executive branch. That was made more then clear when the Obama/Romney controlled media savagely attacked any conservative challenger to Romney.
Any coincidence that without Conservative leadership, the country has continued to implode fiscally ?
