Providing proof that Sheriff Joe Arpaio intends to continue his investigation of President Obama’s eligiblity, his Cold Case Posse has pressed the director of the Selective Service System not to destroy any microfilm records that may yet exist of Obama’s 1980 draft registration form.
In an emergency letter Wednesday to Selective Service System Director Lawrence Romo, Mike Zullo, the lead investigator in the Cold Case Posse, asked for reassurance that the microfilm records still exist.
“We would like to be assured of the disposition of the microfilm reel or reels containing President Obama’s Selective Service registration form,” Zullo wrote. “Please indicate whether or not you have possession of the microfilm reel or reels containing President Obama’s records or access to them.”
The concerns were raised after Arpaio’s office received official confirmation from the Selective Service System that Obama’s paper draft registration records have been destroyed after being microfilmed.
Zullo’s letter gave Romo 10 business days within receipt of the letter to respond.
Romo, who was appointed director to the U.S. Selective Service System in 2009 by President Obama, reports directly to the president.

My three sons are all Obama’s generation and my husband and I made sure they all registered.
It was important to us.

Agree. Many here (5th columnists, imho) love to smear people who enter the dragon with eyes wide open. Obama’s posted BC is a fraud. Of course the MSM ignores that, but FR should be the one place where hard evidence gets a fair hearing, and zero rasberries.

I don’t think I have my draft card. I probably threw it away after I enlisted in the Army. I figured that my active duty ID card made me safe from being drafted for not having it on me.
the draft lottery was the only thing i lost but still won(ie didn't get drafted)
Perhaps Sheriff Joe should also send his people to start at the local level, where Obama may have registered and find whatever records are stored locally?

Not yet announced. Last said to be late May or early June, as far as I know. Arpaio is very careful about timing.
And he should only give a 3 hour notice to the public prior to the conference. This will prevent Obama from creating some manufactured crisis to overshadow the conference. Even if the MSM shows up, I doubt that they will even report on it. Of course, WND and others would have the time of the conference way beforehand so they can have their cameras set up and their people there.
Not me, but I was drafted so why keep the damn draft card?
In fairness to the draft board, I volunteered for the draft {that was common and it just moved your name to the top of the list without adding an additional year of service}.
The Army draftees had dog tag numbers that started with US while guys that signed up had RA {Regular Army} and back then it was two years vs three years.
We were stationed in Germany and thought we were "short timers" but JFK extended us by six months because of the commies Berlin blockade.
I knew I was on my way when I got a 2 in the lottery.
And then I wasn’t called up.

I was watching Special Report with Bret Baier a short time ago, and the panel was discussing the planned DOJ civil suit agaist Arpaio’s office, and Brett made mention of Sheriff Joe’s investigation into the pResident’s birth certificate, believe it or not.
If nothing else, viewers who watched that segment who aren’t already aware of the CCP and it’s findings will hopefully look into it.
Is there an easy way to support Sheriff Joe’s efforts? His campaign website is very cautious and only accepts mailed in donations.
My birthday came up at #16, but like you, I wasn't called. I was an Army brat, and had watched my dad rotate in and out of Nam multiple times, so I wasn't real excited about the prospect.
When I was a kid in Okinawa, I got so I could tell whether uniformed guys were headed to the fight, or on their way home. The differences between them were like night and day. At 12 years old, I was very familiar with 'the thousand yard stare.'
Later, as an older teen, every guy that I knew who had gone, had come back missing a body part, nuts as hell, shell shocked, strung out on drugs, or in a pine box. Every one of them gave some - lost some. It was a really sad time.

Looks like it’s turning into a battle of righteousness against corruption. Corruption has the bigger guns and Righteousness has the bigger balls. Should be interesting to see how it plays out - expect some midnight raid on Joe in the next month or so as Obama and his people start needing diapers. Folks have poo-pooed the “Birthers” from the start and it looks like it will possibly play a major part in how it all goes down.
Joe knows microfilm is unreliable and can be faked. He also knows it’s secondary evidence. The only reason I can see him asking for it would be to send the minions scurrying or he knows he can prove it’s been tampered with.
He needed to have a news conference yesterday. Not some date in the future. Didn’t he learn anything from AB?
The problem is this stuff will never make it to common man. Many know who Arpaio is, but there’s not one person I’ve asked who knows anything about his Cold Posse.

We can stand a few months of President Biden, then elect a genuinely American president who loves his nation, in November.
