There is no such thing as civil rights, black rights, women’s rights, gay rights, et al.
The ONLY RIGHTS are Constitional Rights and they are bestowed not by men or government but by God.
The Constitution acknowleges, endorses and guarantees those rights.

Another trivializing concept is “Human Rights”, which might conceivably lump in lump in real rights with “the human right to a cell phone” or a “color television”.
