Jim may have to make this site members only or allow ads. Better for us to just help with what we can. Maybe you can donate as a memorial for a lost loved one, a servicemember who never made it home or was disabled defending our country. Perhaps you'd like to give to keep free discussion alive and to show them that we're not knuckling under. I'm sure a well thought out or prayerful meditation will lead you to see the need and how you can help. If every registered FReeper and our lurkers would each just help out with a fin or a sawbuck, or better yet a Ben Franklin, we could put this to bed and get on with the conservative cause.

I sincerely doubt we will collapse for taking a principled stand against socialism. May lose some members and donors (that is to be expected), but we do have a growing segment of pro-life and tea party conservatives who are committed to holding the line against the big government statists and encroaching socialism and all that it entails.

We must put our energies into doing everything we can to elect TEA Party patriots to every elected office across our land, in our local offices and particularly in our Congressional districts and our U.S. Senate races.

If our own Congressional districts are gerrymanded, (like mine) I'm going to choose another district to support the TEA Party candidate and hopefully one close to home so I can be active in his or her campaign.

You're very smart, and you realize that election 2012 isn't solely about the presidency, but whatever you decide about your presidential vote, I know that you will pray and that's the deciding factor, IMO.

Absolutely. As I have said all along, I have and will always vote in an election. I can't vote for Romney, so I will write in Sarah and vote for every conservative candidate and issue on the ballot. I voted for that swine, McCain, although it took every ounce of grit I had to do it. I will not do that again.
