Ditto. When Jimmy Carter won it for brokering the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty with North Korea, it was the end for me. The Yassir Arafat and Carter choices, along with Obama and Gore, have shown the world that it is nothing but political. Meanwhile, a couple of weeks after Carter accepted the prize, we learned that North Korea did in fact have nuclear weapons. Oh well, never mind. Nobel and Pulitzer must be turning over in their graves.
