I think I missed the original story on this.
Regardless, not surprised at the portrayal of cops as KKK. I mean, we’ve been hearing about how cops pull black people over more, and how horrible white cops are...just watch the movie Crash for evidence of that. That movie all but made me barf.
And, sadly, the painting is in the style of the great Norman Rockwell who celebrated America.
Even more ironic is that the KKK was founded as the paramilitary arm of the Democrat party after the Republicans and Whigs consolidated around the abolition of slavery.
