Now Obama's birth certificate is 'irrelevant'
WND ^ | April 20, 2012 | Joseph Farah

Let me tell you a little story.

A year ago this month, Jerome Corsi’s “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” blockbuster was the top-selling book in the nation – weeks before it was even released!

On top of that, Donald Trump was telling everyone who would listen that he couldn’t understand why Barack Obama refused to release his birth certificate.

It was in the midst of all this that I got a call from Corsi one morning. He told me his sources were telling him Obama was so desperate he was going to release a phony birth certificate to quell the controversy.

Within a week or 10 days, Obama did just that.

Who are these “world class folk”? Either you really know something, or you are playing us for fools. I hope it is not the latter. That would be... well... really crappy.

Actually it’s the exact opposite. If “birther stuff” helped 0bastard why is the MSM Propaganda Arm of the Left dead silent about it? They’d be covering Arpaio daily if “birther stuff” helped their guy win.

Actually even moderates and dems are starting to wonder who the heck the guy in the White House really is.

There is clearly a problem here in enforcing the Constitutional natural born citizen requirement for president and vice president on the states conducting their elections for these offices.

One possible solution would be a constitutional amendment (1) barring any candidate who cannot prove that he meets the constitutional requirements for the federal office he is seeking from appearing on a state ballot, (2) voiding any electoral votes cast for such a candidate in any presidential or vice-presidential election, and (3) enabling Congress to enact appropriate legislation to make it a federal crime for an individual to gain access to the ballot as a candidate for federal office in any state when such individual cannot prove that he meets the constitutional requirements for the said office.

I know that we conservatives generally dislike any federal mandates on the states, but if the states cannot clean up their election procedures to conform with the Constitution, there has to be a way to reassert the fundamental principle that the federal Constitution is the supreme law of the land.

“As bad (and I do mean bad) a candidate as McCain was, I never thought the American electorate would elect a man who had the connections and associations that Obama has. “

If you can understand how “news” from modern disciples of Edward Bernays such as Goebbles can enable the holocaust, then you can understand how modern propagandist in the LSM “Git ‘er done”.

There really isn't a State problem at all.

The States do not Constitutionally (read legally) hold elections for candidates for President or Vice President. They hold elections for electors. The electors can vote for anyone I suppose, but it is, or was obviously in the minds of the Framers, up to Congress to discard votes for candidates not eligible to hold either office.

When the republicans watch it being shredded they’re just as guilty as the ones doing the shredding.

Amen to that! Seems like the republicans want to pick and choose which part of the Constitution is ok to ignore and which parts are valid. That's even worse than the "living and breathing theory".

Sorry guys. It's now set as standard that we are ALL Americans until proven otherwise (not even admitting you are illegal, born elsewhere, or went to school in a foreign country as a Muslim in a book no longer counts as proof). Hide, burn or destroy the documents and YOU are American. Obama set this new standard. It's precedence now.

Because it take the Senate to convict. It will never happen.

It is not possible to impeach a usurper who is and always will be legally unable to hold the office of U.S. president. His claim to office and reign is a complete nullity. He needs to be prosecuted for fraud on the American people and put away in the slammer. His alienage needs to be investigated and determined, and if he is an illegal alien he needs to deported. These issues become increasingly important should he try to seize complete totalitarian control over this country.

“then why in hell do I post....I’m playin you for a fool ?”

My apologies AG,

I have been played the fool more times than I care to say. I grew up in a community that was for the most part honest and law abiding. Unfortunately or fortunately (depending on how you look at it), as a result, I’ve had my faith in mankind somewhat mangled after stepping out of my comfort zone. But you are right. I haven’t the right to assume that about you.

We don’t need to Impeach him because first of all there is nobody in charge that will even go there. We just need to enforce the law and make him either comply or kick his butt off the ballot.

No, no, no. It is not “marshall law.” It’s “martial law.”

Would that be Wyatt Earp?

Sheriff Joe is now the most significant Law Man in Arizona history and the way this plays out, he could well be in the history of the nation.
