As for jurors being stricken, this has gone on as long as we’ve had juries. BOTH SIDES get to dismiss a certain number of jurors.
We no longer have a stable judiciary based in law in this country. It’s based in personal opinions of particular judges. That’s not a system of justice. All judges that exhibit this behavior need to be impeached and in certain cases, such as this, jailed.

There are both white and black juries I wouldn’t trust with a butter knife, and there are white and black juries I would trust with my life.

Was he convicted ina court of law? YES
Was he sentenced to death? YES
Then he should be executed.
It’s pretty clear that the judge believes black jurors approve of cold-blooded murder when the victim is white and the accused is black.

If Mr. Obama is defeated in November I expect him to pardon each and every black person in every jail and prison in the USA and it’s territories before leving office.

If it's a "Jury of your Peers", NO jury of 12 should contain more than 1 black Juror, reflecting the population across the USA. This will not stop the Zimmerman jury from being 75% black, because the PROSECUTION WILL CHALLENGE any white Juror, you can be sure, to stack the Jury with welfare parasites, hoodie-clad 'hood types, etc. Justice now consists of "if you're black, you can use the Race Card", if you're white, you have no hope.

When a judge can do this, only because he and he alone chooses, it is time for a drastic change in our legal system. One man, on his opinion, should not be allowed to halt an execution. He should be able to issue an opinion, but not set law for everybody. The execution should go forward until an appeals court hears the case. This arrogant fool should not be a judge.
