For his age, he looked terrible. Fat with reddish skin. I don’t think it was the Bilderbergers, or any tin foil nonsense. People die all the time, and younger than him.

According to his friend Bill Whittle, he had a heart attack last year but wanted to keep it from everyone, so he did have heart issues.

Having reddish skin is not an indicator of bad health. Many people look flushed and most times it is caused by a condition called Roseacea. It’s not at all pleasant.

You just described my former son-in-law, who died about 5 years ago of a heart attack at the age of 33, leaving my daughter a widow and 3 children without a father.
She remarried a few months ago and my new son-in-law seems a decent sort.

My husband's uncle died suddenly of a heart attack at a fairly young age. We saw him at Christmas and he was very gray in his face, not red. 1 month later he dropped dead.
RIP Breitbart, we miss you.
