When a prosecutor and law enforcement are willing to answer to the threats of a racist mob and seek racial injustice, they open up a new can of whoop azz on themselves. If racists at the DOJ in some way threatened and forced the police and state prosecutor to pursue injustice in the name of the mob’s race hate, there should be trouble for those involved there, too.
Nifong sought injustce against the lax players to benefit himself in an election. This prosecutor is doing the same thing.
