MSNBC was interviewing an attorney named Kendall Coffee after the Zimmerman bail hearing. Coffee at one time represented the Elian Gonzalez family. What he said was not reassuring to the MSNBC lynch mob.

Coffee was saying that the prosecution really hurt themselves at this bail bond hearing. The prosecution testified under oath that no determination can be made as to who delivered the first punch or attack. This is crucial.

It was also determined that the altercation and gunshot occurred in close proximity. It went well for Zimmerman today. And I finally got to see what a white Hispanic looks like.

Yes it is. Under FL's Stand Your Ground law, the defender may not be arrested or charged unless "there is probable cause that the force that was used was unlawful".

The prosecution has just admitted in court that they have no evidence that would indicate that Zimmerman was the aggressor. The prosecution's after-court staff meeting is not likely to be a happy one.
