Longer clip of Zimmerman apology
fox judges are rarely conservative. (napolitano supports homoeseuxal marriage) You have to wonder what kind of judge jumps to be a media regular.
Also remember ALL these idiots are in NYC. So they tend to be infested with NYC liberalism.
lol- thanks- I’m not sdyslexic- just my typing finger is
If the State Prosecutor didnt know about the Black Panther bounty - and the hundreds of other threats - shes too out of touch to do her job.
They Nifonged Zimmerman!
“I hope you dont mind that I rather enjoyed your many typos”
The judge did not rule on the sufficiency of the complaint. He allowed bail. I guess the prelim will be where the argument will continue.
I see why the state did not go the grand jury process. In such a situation they would have been required to present info prejudicial to their case i.e. he had sustained wounds consistent with his position he was attacked by Martin. Using the complaint route, they loaded it up with every prejudical comment they could, like “he profiled” and “he confronted” when it seems as if there is no supporting evidence to their suppositions.
My sense is the prosecutor overcharged with the hope the matter goes to trial and the jury looks for some lesser offense to convict upon because there is someone dead. I would almost bet they will try to negotiate such a plea from the defense. Not being able to keep him in jail though means they lose a bit of leverage and a pro bono attorney is not going to be happy with a negotiated plea so, game on.
” They Nifonged Zimmerman!”
Yep....here we go again.
I see the sleeze
[[My sense is the prosecutor overcharged with the hope the matter goes to trial and the jury looks for some lesser offense to convict upon because there is someone dead.]]
I agree that that is what happend, and IO know this happens all the itme, but my goodness- it SHOULD BE agaisnt hte law to overcharge someoen when there is no evidence that hte person is guilty of the crimes i nthe charges- We are suppsoed to be protected i nthis countrty from false charges and fase imprisonment-
IF someoen suspects someoen of robbery, they can’t just arbitrarily bring any old chatges they like suchj as first degree or secodn degree murder charges IF there is no evidence that hte person cimmittec those crimes- they are not suppsoed to brign a levy of charges hopign that somethign will come out later that supports the charge- they are SUPPOSED TO ASLREADY HAVE EVIDENCE (cps just for emphasis- not yelling) that shows guilt- The lawyers for the martins admitted that htey don’t have any evidence to support the claims- and as such the judge hsould have thrown out hte case becasue the state could NOT even prove that bond was needed because htey could NOT prove that htre man in custody waqs guilty of the crimes cited in the affidavit- It seems to me george’s lawyer should have asked the judge why bail was even needed since the state could not prove george was guilty since htey had no evidence, as per their own testimnoy, that showed him guilty- It seems a bit backwards to me- IF someoen is not guilty, aqnd hte state doesn’t have the required evidence to show guilt, or even to suggest guilt, then the INNOCENT until proven guilty person, should not be penalized fuirther by havign to coem up with bail money- it seems htere should be a ‘pre-pretrial’ in order to determine if there is enough evidence to show guilt, or even to suggest guilt, and if not, then the innocent person who has been falsely imprisoned, shoudl NOT be penalized further
I undferstand that this isn’t how it works, but it just seems to me that none of his rights are being concidered while the state continues to railroad him- It seems to me that a judge should first determine IF the defendant has been falsely charged and falely imprisoned first before determing if bail shoudl be set or even required- IF he fuinds that false imprisonment has been perpetrated, then no bail should be necessary, and hte caswe shoudl be thrown out immediately, and htose that brought hte false charges shoudl then be charged with prosecutorial muiscionduct
And the narrative continues to crumble.......
Watch CNN for 30 minutes (I know it’s a heavy burden). They’re not playing any footage (except the apology) from the hearing. Only Crump’s rant after the proceedings. Their also doing “Corey has a history of overcharging” stories.
so you’re a pecker? :)
On another note, I really don’t see an adverse issue with George getting on the stand and apologizing. On the contrary, I think it helped him.
In “normal” situations I would agree that a defendant could hang himself doing this but I think George got a big boost out of it.It came across as bold and the right thing to do.
Did you see the Zimm pictures of his bloody head?
Yeah, but they weren’t a big shock to me. The wounds were evident in the enhanced video taken of Zimmerman at the police station, and the wounds were documented by police, emergency medical staff, and hospital staff. The wounds were never really in question except in the minds of the “justice for Trayvon” tards.
I wonder how long the network has been holding this picture?
the state’s attorney expects this to be a walk in the park due to all the political pressure and they got caught off guard. I would really hate to be the judge in this case because they’ll become the next Ito.
The case seems like garbage but since they don’t want riots, they need to continue until Zimmerman walks and they blame the white judge, white jury, white attorney, and white hispanic guy.
They really effed up by bowing to the pressure, now there no way out. Expect riots.
This looks so bad for the State that anyone on stage had best not say anything in court that they have documentation showing is a lie.
Lying in court about Zimmerman’s medical report after the incident when they have it as part of the police report - strike one.
When a prosecutor and law enforcement are willing to answer to the threats of a racist mob and seek racial injustice, they open up a new can of whoop azz on themselves. If racists at the DOJ in some way threatened and forced the police and state prosecutor to pursue injustice in the name of the mob’s race hate, there should be trouble for those involved there, too.
Nifong sought injustce against the lax players to benefit himself in an election. This prosecutor is doing the same thing.
Not sure, but as you have become well aware following this case we should find out in a week or so.
Wish I could find a recording of the entire proceeding.
At any rate, appreciate you taking the time to provide the link.
I think George getting on the stand to express his sorrow for the parents’ (he didn’t really “apologize” nor should he have, as their son’s death was his own fault) turned out well for him, but it could have been disatrous.
When he opened up the door by taking the stand, the prosecutor worked hard to confuse him, to get him to incriminate himself, contradict his prior statements, or perjure himself, but GZ was an outstanding witness. I think 90% of witnesses in his place would have said something that would hurt their case, but GZ was very smart and cool and understood the importance of, and paid attention to, small details.
For example, when the prosecutor tried to pin him down on which police officer he expressed his sorrow for Martin’s family to, and what he said, he calmly stated that he couldn’t recall verbatim what he had said and that all the different officers had become blended to him, so he wasn’t sure which ones he said it to.
Whenver he was sure of a detail, he clearly expressed that certainty, but when he was less sure, spoke much more generally.
At one point the prosecutor said something like, “So you said it to the detectives?” and he replied that he didn’t know if they were detectives or not, and the prosecutor had to rephrase it to “officers”. He is very precise about words and details which makes him a great witness and very difficult to trip up.
The fact that he is 100% innocent probably helps, as well.
Is there a youtube link yet to the entire proceeding?
Is there a youtube link yet to the entire proceeding?
I'm late to the party, haven't finished reading the entire thread.... but!
Can Mr Zimmerman come and live at my house? please please pretty please! His wife & kids & dog & cat can come along too! He would be so safe in my town,it's not funny. I'd bet my entire town would protect him if the BPKKK showed up, ha ha if they could find him here!
Recent Sanford shooting...white man is charged with attempted first degree murder on black pointing gun...
Now a white guy cannot defend himself in America.
I wonder if all this is not just a show to calm down the NBP.
If Mr Zimmerman was given a lesser charge, then all hell would have broken loose two hours ago. They’re just trying to put off any riots.
Mr Zimmerman is going through hell right now. It is dark for him. If we could see the spiritual world right now, I’d say his angels are fighting a battle for him and protecting him.
Mr Zimmerman WILL come out victorious.

[[so youre a pecker? :)]]
LOL- Woody’s the name
[[I really dont see an adverse issue with George getting on the stand and apologizing. On the contrary, I think it helped him.]]
I’ll have to dissagree respectufully- nothign is goign to placate the left and black comunit- infact any attempts, as we saw today, will just further infuriate the left, andm ake htem dig in their heels even further- and when the black comunity and hte left get angry, spinelss right prosecutors buckle under to the pressure- as we’vealso seen with the false arrest of zimmerman
[[It came across as bold and the right thing to do.]]
I do hope you’re right, but I have my doubts- evwery lawyer strongly advises their clients to refrain from testimony for a reason- it’s soudn advice, than unfortunately, not mayn peopel heed to their own detriment
BUT he signed it as being accurate....He needs to get a lawyer or face perjury/filing a false report.
Did you happen to see Anne Coulter on O’Rielly last night. She really turned it around on the black community. Gave the history how the color of skin could determine if you could get a license to carry. Martin Luther King was denied a permit even after his house was set fire.
If anyone can find the video it should be posted on a thread of its own.
Transcripts were given to me here:
Probably offered to them after the messed up with the hidden pictures.
I’m betting (John) took it. The description he gave sounded like he had some LEO training or military training. Taking the picture immediately would also support the assumption.
If the town LEO did not take pictures Zimmerman has another name to add to his list of “who to sue”.
