A set up?
An incredulous Beck asked if anyone had ever seen the Secret Service conduct itself this way before.
Being dismissed for an alleged tryst with with prostitutes in Cartagena; carelessly plotting out routes in foreign countries that compromise the presidential motorcade; approving risk-laden locations for foreign stop-overs.
None of the above bodes well for those entrusted with protecting America’s Commander in Chief.
After a careful review of these transgressions, Beck came to the conclusion that there can only be two explanations — and each one spells trouble. Either the Secret Service is a motley crew of inept “morons” ...or it comprises corrupt individuals who do not take the role seriously.
Beck allowed for another possible scenario in which the Secret Service is indeed the upstanding, capable agency it has always been purported to be. In this case, we may be in even more danger, as it would mean they are being set up, according to Beck.
Russia
If Russia still harbored the desire to bring down the United States, according to Beck, they would likely do so through subtle subversion. The country would “pressure us from the outside” and attempt to discredit “our most trusted institutions” — the military and the Secret Service.
Beck reminded that while the recent story of Anna Chapman, the Russian spy, was “laughed off” in the media and the threat level she posed downplayed by the administration, reports surfaced claiming she was in fact gaining entry to the upper echelons of the Obama White House.
He posited that, if an enemy — be it domestic or foreign (Russia) — wanted to undermine the credibility of our nation’s “protectors,” they would seek to destabilize and subvert those very people.
Whatever the reason, whatever the source, America’s elite institutions are being compromised and and humiliated....

That we are to think the military/FBI/CIA/SecServ/ et all would be different/immune is just not reasonable. Talk to any military/active duty today and they will tell you that it has changed drasticly in the last 3 years.
And that’s not to say that it has not been progressively going south for some time. It has. And of course, there are always/will always cliques within the ranks that do things ‘their way’ even when they have good leadership. From the CIC on down.
Currently, the heads of these agencies are either Dem/Lib or totally overruled bu the Dems in control. I am willing to bet that any freepers here with knowledge of, and the ability to now speak freely about these matters (retired ect) can tell some pretty wild (read that pathetic) stories of hoe things ‘really work’.
Personally, I am not surprised.

Since the Peter Principle was first propounded in the late 1960’s, incompetence has become epidemic. It has reached a point where we have a president who thinks the USA has 57 states. Hie is of the opinion that a Supreme Court declaration that an existing law is unconstitutional would be “unprecedented”.
It goes on and on. Our head of Homeland Security thinks that the mission of her agency is to save the wetlands. The EPA thinks that carbon dioxide is a pollutant. While our Dept of Education budget has doubled in the last 10 years, our math and science scores are approaching third world levels. The U.S. State Department has even sent a compliance report to the UN assuring some third world clown that Arizona has been forbidden to protect its southern border.
Worst of all, stupidity in the U.S. is so potent that it has actually become contagious, as evidenced by the fact that a current Miss Canada finalist turned out to be a man!
So why all the grief just because secret service agents assigned to protect a presidential motorcade came down with the clap?

But I read today a judge in New Jersey dismissed any contention that Obama had to prove eligibility. What is going on with the entire legal fabric of our judicial system, bottom to top.

I thought that from the beginning. I could see one, two or three rogue agents going off the reservation - but 12? No way there wasn’t one upstanding person in the group speaking out to dissuade the others. I’m with Beck. The whole story stinks. Maybe someone will finally turn on obama and write a tell all book.
Of course the Cartegina SS 12 were set up, and not only that, the CIA may have had a part in it.
Obama wants to control who his Brown Shirts are, so there will be loyalty to Obama personally, and accountability to Obama personally, not to the people or the government.
Accordingly the SS presidential detail now must as a result of this set up sting, follow Obama’s rather than government selection guidelines, that SS agents must be Muslim, facile in Ebonics and Black Liberation theology.

Everyone is saying how wonderful the Secret Service is, and in recent years, I’m sure it is (was). But wasn’t it determined that one of the contributing factors to the JFK assassination was a bunch of partying, incompetent SS agents who didn’t properly secure the motorcade route?
It would be double strike of the SS and military. This, too, would allow him to call for martial law and bring in his own thugs aka new black panthers and inact his civil army. Will the msm still be spinning it and kissing his feet? Hate to say it but the msm might be the tilting point. Clinton himself was virulently defended as doing nothing serious, but the interesting contradiction to Clinton policy is the fact that several people in his own administration were fired or resigned over the real risk of breaching security through messing with prostitutes. If anything, if you were a foreign agent, I wouldn’t be scared to bet that such a person as a prostitute would be someone easily considered to do a spy job, especially if the hooker’s clients were VIPs, either way, I have pretty much resolved myself to keep pretty clear of prostitutes for this very reason, some gangster, or some other unsavory guy might be unhealthiliy obssessed with one and take you out for messing with “his girl”. Or the prostitute is a spy, and so on, there’s plenty of pretty dangerous entanglements I would very much avoid.
I don’t particularly like Obama, but if he is sane enough, he should fire those of the secret service who did this disgracefully, they shouldn’t be boasting about being secret service, and they shouldn’t be messing with someone who could be involved in espionage, as prostitutes can and sometimes are.

It’s far easier for me to believe that a bunch of guys out on a business trip (which this essentially was) and got liquored up and hired a bunch of hookers then Team Obama would create an international incident (and how exactly would they do this?) to achieve an aim that they could have done far easier back at home.
