I agree and that is why we MUST get Obama out of office. The single biggest liberty stealing legislation in the history of this country is Obamacare. If he remains in office, it is 100% certain that he will veto any repeal legislation. At least with the liberal repub, there is a 50% chance that he will sign any repeal legislation.
Pray hard for the USSC to make the right decision to protect our individual liberty. If not, a re-election of Obama will ensure that we can never repeal it and I will be very worried that he can be defeated...

Wrong. There is no need to pass "repeal legislation" after the SCOTUS declares it unconstitutional. It simply becomes null-and-void legislation, impossible to implement after that ruling. Also, the chances of any look-alike legislation getting through the current House of Representatives is also null and void - right now.
