The title was deceptive and has been changed.
There was nothing in the article to back a claim of new info, only this...

Nothing about new information.
There may very well be new info but it was never announced that I've seen.

I was basing my comment on that, although I didn't know the source. Are they now backing away from that claim and only charging based on what's already known? That would be a shame if it’s true, because it would then suggest that the charges are politically motivated.

I guess the plan now is to charge him and then move to politically intimidating a jury to convict.
