fact, the evidence shows that Zim's story that he was retreating to his vehicle, when confronted and attacked by Martin, is true. Check out the map of the scene at www.wagist.com, and then tell me if you still believe the MSM's lies about who confronted whom. ________________________ Waglist - Evidence that Trayvon Martin Doubled Back Map claims GZ's location was from the first encounter. SayS GZ was parked at 'C' location.

” Sorry, but if you think Zimmerman didn’t leave his vehicle, against better judgement “

What is the penalty for going against Hamilton Jay’s “Better Judgement” ?

Where is it in the penal code?

Adolf would have REALLY loved you, man : )

“If it goes to trial, the so-called jury of his peers will be half black, a quarter mexican and a quarter white, but all bleeding heart democrats”

The peremptory challenges during jury selection are going to be interesting to watch.

The defense will use these challenges to exclude blacks.

The prosecution will use them to exclude -hispanics-.

Will that leave a disproportionately “white-majority” jury?

What is the LEGAL standard for culpability?

If a woman goes outside wearing something besides a burqa is she culpable for a Muslim man’s rape of her - because her actions helped create that situation? I guess any gal who gives a guy a hard-on will have to end up in prison because - after all - her actions created his arousal.

This is standard sharia philosophy. It’s also the standard excuse for abusers of every kind.

The law considers aggravating circumstances as a reason to lessen the guilt of someone. So that if Trayvon was accused of assaulting Zimmerman, Trayvon could receive a lesser charge because it was AGGRAVATED assault. But unless they’re going to charge Zimmerman with either stalking or hitting Trayvon first, the whole “he was asking for it” bit doesn’t fly.

hm.. lets see ... according to you ... you can't get out of your car in your own neighborhood... you can't walk down the sidewalk... and you can't ask someone what they are doing? great country you live in, wish I lived in a different one. I can guarantee you 100% that if I were Trayvon that night I would still be alive and none of this would have occurred. Someone asks you what you are doing... you simply answer the question, end of encounter.

In the 1980s in Fullerton, California (site of the infamous police beating recently) a black man killed a white man in a parking lot outside a nightclub. The facts of the case were not in dispute. Eyewitnesses saw the man strike the other, and the one punch either struck the victim in the temple, causing instant brain trauma, or the man’s head hit the curb as he fell. I can’t remember exactly. In any event, he died at the hands of the other.

What precipitated the fight was an altercation inside the nightclub. There were accusations of racial slurs toward the black man, and alcohol was involved. The two “took it outside.” The man who killed the other was a reserve QB on the Titan team, back in the days when CSUF had a football team.

No charges were filed against the survivor of the fight. The DA said it was a fair fight, with both parties responsible for the events. Yet, I saw a “situation his actions helped create.” Do you agree charges should have been filed in that case, or just in Zimmerman’s?

The evidence is what will get the charges set. Not some ethereal race-baiting technique of the left.

I have said this before, and I will say it again. As soon as Zimmerman left his truck, he became the aggressor, regardless of his retreat.

You cannot become the aggressor, and them claim 'self-defense' when things go wrong.

Every DA, and prosecutor I know has said this would be the charge. Man 1, reduced sentence.

You're quite emotional, aren't you.

sEE 251 - Which is quite the opposite from the 911 tape where GZ says:

Zimmerman: We’ve had some break-ins in my neighborhood and there’s a real suspicious guy. It’s RETREAT VIEWR Circle. The best address I can give you is 111 Retreat View Circle.

This guy looks like he’s up to no good or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around looking about.

*Martin walks near Zimmerman’s SUV as he heads towards the clubhouse.

Here is where Zimmerman says: “Now he’s coming towards me.”

dispatcher: Did you see what he was wearing?

**At this point when Zimmerman answers “yeah” On the call, you can hear Zimmerman’s rustling, and perhaps he’s twisting his body around to look out the back of the SUV.

ZIMMERMAN : “Yeah, a dark hoodie like a gray hoodie. He wore jeans or sweat pants and white tennis shoes. He’s here now … he’s just staring.”

This is where Martin stops in front of the clubhouse and stares at the vehicle.

If Zimmerman was always parked at ‘C’ TWIN TREES location, then he couldn’t have seen Martin walking towards the clubhouse while “wandering around, looking at all the houses” as he said prior. He wouldn’t have seen TM until he was already at the clubhouse. GZ must have driven to reach his final parking position by (either turning around or backing up) - and in doing so, followed TM by car as well as on foot.

Zimmerman will only be allowed an attorney that will accept an all black jury. The way things are going, it could happen. We are far down the rabbit hole at this point.

“I imagine because he was described as a “white” Hispanic by the msm, they threw him under the bus. His mother was Peruvian, I understand. All you have to be is designated white to be guilty in this country. Whites have accepted “white guilt” ,what did we expect would happen after that?”

If this goes to a trial, and if the trial is televised, it’s going to become pretty difficult to “hide” Mr. Zimmerman’s ethnic heritage, especially from Hispanics, including any Hispanics who end up in the jury pool.

For this reason, watch for the state’s attorney to attempt to exclude any Hispanics from the jury by using peremptory challenges to prevent them from being seated on the jury panel.

Good questions. There are lots of good questions...

Why is the FedMob selling guns, grenades, rocket launchers and other military hardware to drug cartels on the sly?

Why did the Pres. and State Dept. support the overthrow of Honduras by a clearly corrupt and treasonous president that was almost unanimously removed from power by legal means of their legislature and supreme court?

Why did no one say a word when 0bama unilaterally took over two major auto manufacturers, appointed new CEOs and stole the holdings of the bond holders giving them to the unions?

When will Boehner finally follow through on his threat to do something about 0bama's illegal military actions in Libya?

After nearly two years of investigation why hasn't the DoJ come up with one charge against Sheriff Joe Arpaio?

I said it back when this all started, he’s going to face manslaughter charges, and as much as it is disliked by some folks here, he’s likely going to lose.

End of the day, Zimmerman engaged in actions that lead to the shooting, not only did he do so, he did so after repeated advice not to. Zimmerman calls in the report, and doesn’t leave his car and try to hunt the kid down, none of this happens. Its pretty obvious, he’s got some amount of culpability to the events that happened after he decided to take matters into his own hands above and beyond calling the cops to report the situation.

He cannot claim pure victim here, no matter how much some folks want it to be.

Not only that, but because of his idiotic actions, the HOA is likely going to be sued and his neighbors taken down with him.

I’m as pro second ammendment as you can get, but your right to carry doesn’t mean you have the right to be an abject idiot, just because you are carrying. Zimmerman ensured this situation the minute he got out of his car and decided to hunt down the kid on his own.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For chrissakes, you do not have a clue what the F you are talking about. Self defense laws and gun laws vary from state to state. What you say is true in some states...but not florida.
There may yet be riots, and there may actually be some ‘rats wishing for them. But as the old saying goes, “Be careful what you wish for....”
I can’t foresee riots -helping- the ‘rats and Obama come election time. Indeed, the worse they rage - particularly if they “spill over” into non-black areas - the greater backlash we’re going to see amongst Euro voters when they go to the polls in November. Romney notwithstanding...
I worked there back in the late 90’s, I looked it up on Google because I couldn't remember the name of the side street it was on, I see the building has changed quite a bit.
I miss the memories of California, especially the beach, not the State and what is has become though.
There used to be a poster, Burbank Karl who I used to reminisce with, I haven’t seen him around here for a long while though.
Hope he's doing okay, was fun chatting with him....always fun to chat with you too.
They probably went through every nit picking thing Zimmermann said that might POSSIBLY be construed as inaccurate. I know if I had had my skull beaten on the sidewalk, and I was asked 50 questions right after the incident, I would NEVER have been 100% accurate....NOBODY could! If they had a case, they would have arrested him weeks ago. That would, of course been BEFORE
MSM
Race pimps
Lightening Zimmerman’s skin
Pictures of 12 vyear old Trayvon
Doctoring audio to make Zimm guilty of racism
You would be correct.
And in the world of today this kind of destruction could happen to almost anyone. The charges do not even have to be real to result in your ruin. A claim, an investigation and pursuit of evidence can be enough to destroy you.
Different than the Zimmerman case but almost anyone can become a target. Basically, if you have anything you need to keep it to yourself. Anybody who exhibits conspicuous well being can become a target for someone who has less and wants to take it away.
You would love the song sung by Lee Marvin in Paint Your Wagon. Unfortunately Paramount Studios has decided that hearing it on Youtube is going to undercut the huge royalties they still bring in from radio and night club use of PYW songs so I couldn't link to it. Here are the full lyrics though.
The First Thing You Know
God made the mountains
God made the sky
God made the people
God knows why
He fixed up the planet
As best as He could
Then in come the people
And gum it up good
The first thing you know
They civilized the foothills
And everywhere He put hills
The mountains and valley below
They come along and take 'em
And civilize and make 'em
A place where no civilized
Person would go
The first thing you know
The first thing you know
They civilize what's pretty
By puttin' up a city
Where nothin' that's
Pretty can grow
They muddy up the winter
And civilize it inter
A place too uncivilized
Even for snow
The first thing you know
They civilize left
They civilize right
Till nothing is left
Till nothing is right
They civilize freedom
Till no one is free
No one except
By coincidence, me
The first thing you know
The boozer's in prison
And the criminal he isn'
And only the rascals have dough
When I see a parson
I gotta put my arse in
A wagon that follows the tail of a crow
The first thing you know
I pick up and blow!
The first thing you know
One of my favorite songs and a guiding light in my life. lol
There was a gas station, Mario Brothers, and a car parts enterprise close to that corner, Broadway and Adams. I don’t remember precisely what was there.
At any rate, I used to frequent all three from time to time.
I haven’t seen Burbank Karl around for a while either. Hope all is okay with him.
Yes, things have changed in California, but if they changed once, they can change again.
We’re a nation of 310 million people. If less than 1/60th of that number moved into the state, they could turn things around there.
As Conservatives, we need to fight for the jewels of the nation.
In 2000, California was the fifth leading economic power in the world, behind the U. S., Japan, and a couple of others.
It’s a territory with some of the most diverse terrain on planet earth. Far more of it’s people are bedrock people than most people realize.
Outside of the San Fransisco and Los Angeles metropolitan areas, the state is quite Conservative. Nail the problematic counties down, and we’re back in business. We’d be back to having decent leadership, and on to fixing what ails us.
California is truly a crown jewel of the nation. It’s a shame to surrender it to the people who want it desperately for that very reason.
They also said that they would release new information, too. I hope this new information supports their decision.
It may be you are basing the 'new info' report on this...
http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/prosecutor-to-announce-new-information-in-trayvon-martin-shooting-investigation-in-72-hours/2012/04/10/gIQA9fCE9S_story.html
...the original title of which was..."Prosecutor to announce new information in Trayvon Martin shooting investigation in 72 hours"
The title was deceptive and has been changed.
There was nothing in the article to back a claim of new info, only this...
"Corey released a brief statement late Tuesday saying she would make an announcement about the case within 72 hours."
Nothing about new information.
There may very well be new info but it was never announced that I've seen.
Probably not.
But that won't stop them from seeing dollar signs, anyway, no matter how they felt. Maybe postings from the 'NO LIMIT NI**A' with his middle finger extended just gave the proud parents warm and fuzzy feelings of familial pride.
I don't pretend to know their hearts.
I’m not sure what type of vehicle you drive, but all mine have mirrors on them that allow you to see down both sides and behind the vehicle all while sitting in the drivers seat.
Remember ... probable cause is a pretty low threshold. Also,I am going off facts I see and read which is absolutely NO substitute for Prosecutorial investigation. In no particular order
1. Armed v. unarmed
2. Police told him not to follow but he did
3. Scream was probably Treyvon
4. Pursuing obviates application of “stand your ground”. He can not avail himself of its protection.
5. Zimmerman seen straddling Treyvon’s body.
6. No evident significant injury to Zimmerman despite claim he was so injured.
7. Girlfriend’s testimony that Treyvon felt he was being followed. Treyvon turning on Martin, esp under FL law, is fine if he felt threatened.
One thing in which I would be VERY interested in would be forensics on bullet trajectory, fingerprints (if Treyvon’s were on weapon) etc.
Please understand that we attorney’s look at this VERY differently from the public at large. Part of my job was to charge a crime if I had probable cause to believe one was committed. This is why Prosecutors and Def attys of all types are being paraded across television and the Internet, almost to a man/woman, saying this is an EASY call. I said from the outset that he should/would be charged with Voluntary and Involuntary Manslaughter. I stand by that.
And I say again (because some people will argue guilt with me) ... this is VERY different from “beyond a reasonable doubt”. I’ll be the first to admit this is, seemingly, not an easy prosecution. But, that doesn’t mean you don’t prosecute it.
Hope that answers some questions. =)
The last one? Arpaio is a life long officer (fed and state) and doesn’t break the law. The fed, in desperation, tried to put an agent/monitor(Holder stooge) in with Joe to get something on him, and Joe told the fed “bite me”
You're right that is the correct answer to the question as I asked it. Let me rephrase it...
After nearly two years of investigation without coming up with one charge why is the DoJ still investigating Sheriff Joe Arpaio?
Yes, there are at least 100 more horrible things I could have listed ... but I would have to type them. I plead a tendency to tendonitis!
not only was it a dumb statement about zimmerman suppsoedly ‘being hte aggressor’ but zimmerman NEVER touched trayvon- Trayvon was the one who committed the CRIMINAL act on Zimmerman FIRST- Following someone is NOT an aCT OF AGGRESSION- AND WE ALSO HAVE EVIDENCE THAT SHOWS THAT ZIMMERMAN WAS NOT INFACT FOLLOWING tRAYVON, BUT HEADED BACK TO HIS CAR. srry cps lock- Zimmerman had EVERY RIGHT to leave his car, to even approach trayvon and confront him - however, trayvon had NO right to CRIMINALLY ASSAULT zimmerman
