I guess they don’t have time to investigate voter fraud with all of these conservatives investigating it.

Who didn’t know this was coming. O’Keefe did nothing wrong. He never stated that he was holder and told them up front he had no ID.

I KNEW it! I said to my husband (who is a lib, btw) that this would happen. He agrees. He’s been on the ‘common sense’ side on all of this. He thinks Holder and Obama are playing the ‘race war’ to get re-elected. *I think I’m rubbing off on him, LOL!*
He agrees. “Facts, facts, facts, facts!” He. also, agrees that the so-called “media” have been utterly DISGRACEFUL in this affair.

We have two districts that vote in the same building where I vote and I got in the wrong line by mistake. When it was my turn to vote the lady handed me the pen and said sign here. The only problem was it was my father's name (he had one that could be male or female so he never let anyone call him that! Ha) I said this is my father, and he's been dead for close to ten years, and I don't even have that last name, I've been married for almost 15 years! I also said this means I'm in the wrong line because he lived in the other district. She claimed she thought she remembered me! My dad was 6'4” and weighed about 250, I'm 5'7” and weigh .... Well as a woman I'm not saying but it's over 100 pounds less! My father had a brush cut and was in his 70’s the last time he voted 10 years earlier. I was 39 with long dark blonde hair. Perfect match, poll worker! And there was no one with a similar name. He's probably still on the books, maybe he should vote absentee!

Time conservatives start to aggressively use jury nullification. Conservatives are more apt to be challanged by attorneys during jury selection. In Massachusetts, if you listen to one particular talk show, it's an automatic toss. The juries are packed with idiots.

I think this may be a good thing. O'Keefe was careful to do nothing illegal and he has the video to prove it. This will be another glaring example of the double-standard illustrated every day by the left. A lot of it is "under the radar", but the MSM is actually covering this in their attempt to discredit O'Keefe. God willing, the FL prosecutor will have the courage to act strictly according to the evidence in the Trayvon Martin case which will be yet another illustration of media bias if she declines to bring charges against George Zimmerman.

It was only a matter of time before this happened. I like O'Keefe, but he wasn't very smart in how he planned this out. Simply put, when he's handed the ballot, he should immediately make it clear that he is not the person in question. The very fact that the ballot is being handed to him is enough to show that identification is clearly needed, if that is his point, which it's supposed to be.
He thought it clever to just make an excuse the way he did, and leave with the evidence on film. That was dumb, and it leaves open the possibility for allegations against him, which was entirely avoidable.
Now he has to explain how he is not engaged in the very thing he claims his video, and thereby his actions, supposedly purports.

The very act of being handed the ballot, whether he touches it or not, is enough to show that identification is needed, since anyone watching the video understands what is going on, i.e., that the official thinks O'Keefe is the person in question.

Uhh. Am I missing something here. No ID is required to vote. That is the reason for the Project Veritas investigation. He only asked if there was a voter by a certain name registered. Nothing more. I would be open for a change of mind if you could cite a specific law.

What a frickin’ OUTRAGE. They always take at LEAST 2 years to even consider investigating REAL VOTER FRAUD.
To: PA Engineer
Maybe you missed my previous post. The point is that he could have avoided the appearance of impropriety had he just made it clear to the official, verbally, that he wasn't the person in question.
The point I was making in the post you responded to is that the very act of offering the ballot is enough for O'Keefe to demonstrate that ID is required.
