Fine - then I own it. He's a last resort candidate and I will support him over obama. If Obama the commie wins - you own whatever more evil befalls this once great country. Just look what he's done to our military. Raising the gay flag in a war zone. His first term is Exhibit A. No one, and I repeat no one, will do to our country what obama has done and will continue to do. Man - I just don't get it.

I personally don’t believe the GOP ever intended to take the white house. The problems of America are just too big and doing what needs to be done will come with lots of blame.

Reply #188 was misdirected to you, it was meant for JimRob.

You, however, have my permission to just go ahead and read it anyway!

Aren’t I nice?

The GOP drove Palin & Cain out of our political choice, not the Rats, no one but the corrupt GOP!

I don't know how to stop them, but they are no better than the Rats. Also, they don't give a rats a$$ if we stay home or vote a write-in, the next president is already pre-determined.

Agreed, if Romney is the nominee, and it’s 99.99% sure he’s going to be, I’m voting for Romney. It will help delay our destruction by a good many years, I have children, they will live as free people under Romney.

Jim Rob is basically saying don’t vote for Romney, I got news for him, most of the people on this site know whats at stake, this is not a game, this is deadly serious. I for one am not operating on emotion, we can delay the war, or win a worthless little battle that ensures our utlimate destruction.

“Hey if the GOP thinks it can win without us, they should go right ahead. “

Think it? They know it.

I meant big cleansing, nothing racial/national, stop clinging to my words. You know what I mean: only in homogeneous society everybody agrees with anyone. Disagreement makes life interesting :)

How many more times do we have to get shoved up against this same wall?

Unfortunately, those taking a stand on principle are being derided by their fellow conservatives. It is a shame this rancor and division has manifested itself over supporting a proven liberal as an alternative to Obama.

I'll be the bitter clinger, then. I'll keep my guns, religion and my principles.

Flame away.

I will agree that Romney is liberal, but one thing he is not is ANTI-American. Will I vote for Romney? Who knows, but one thing is for sure. Another four of Obama will most likely give us one or two more awful justices who we will have to live with for YEARS after Obama is gone. That coupled with the latest “I’ll have more FLEXIBILITY” comment to Medvedev just gives me chills as to what kind of America we will have in 2016.

Mark my works, after reading what I have read, we could very well see in our time a new civil war or revolution, it is that very bad.

Personally, I’m going to back whomever the GOP nominates and it looks to be Romney now! Not going to cut off my nose to spite my face! Period!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I see this SOS repeated again and again on this thread. And many others threads also.
And I wonder how this rhetoric is any different than black voters saying they will vote for Obama simply because he is black.
Goose-stepping to the polls is wrong. I don’t care what color your jack-boots are. It’s just wrong.
This really just pisses me off. Texas again had NO say in the primary process.
I'm not hearing a ded-gum peep from our leaders here in Texas regarding the shaft we Texans just received.
This whole two party system, two party primary cycle is about as corrupt as the day is long.
This GOP nod was purchased lock, stock and barrel. We the people have lost our voice. It's all about the almighty dollar.
If BHO is elected the conservate movement will not be responsible for all you mention.
____________________________
If BHO is re-elected then every single American who voted for him or who wasted a vote against him by sitting out or going third party WILL be responsible.
They can brag to their grand-children about the principled stance they took as America died. The kids won't be hard to find....everybody will be living in the same government housing.
...then Krystall Nacht is in order. I am as conservative as you are, but have to adopt to reality, for survival sake.
Ya mean Krystall Nacht for the womb, doncha? Romney already told Katie Couric in Dec 07 'twas "OK" for parents to give their offspring to "research."
Apparently, ya don't give a rat's ass about their survival, just your own ass...
Self-survival is exactly the OPPOSITE of picking up your cross & following Jesus!
House Republicans have done a pretty good job opposing everything Obama wants to do. I guarantee you that if Romney got into office and wanted to do THE EXACT SAME THINGS, most of the Republicans would go along with him. The notion that we can trust a candidate to push a conservative agenda who has been on every side of every issue as fundamental as abortion, homosexual marriage, taxes/fees, gun control, etc. is preposterous. Not to mention, once he actually does this stuff, he is likely to lose a lot of conservative support from people who just don’t know his Massachusetts record, and lose the presidency in 2016. He might possibly even lose to Obama, who will be able to pack Congress with a liberal majority and pass single payer health care, homosexual marriage, and the rest of his agenda.
Well, aren't you uppity, Mr. Robinson! Me too. :)
Let the GOP’s “moderates” run him through. The Rinos don't want and don't think they need conservatives for power.
We should target rinos in elections downstream, too. They don't need conservative votes and America does not need a one party totalitarian system.
