Arpaio: GOP Candidates 'Hiding' From Eligibility
WND ^ | 08 April 2012 | Drew Zahn

Posted on 04/09/2012 1:06:09 AM PDT by Flotsam_Jetsome

Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio told a radio host today he’s met with Republicans – including every one of the GOP presidential candidates – and has come to the conclusion they’re as guilty as Democrats of “hiding” questions about Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president.

As WND reported, Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse conducted an extensive examination of documents released by the White House last April purported to be Obama’s original, long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration card, only to conclude there is probable cause the documents are actually forgeries.

Yet despite his findings, Arpaio told “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on New York’s WABC Radio that media and politicians alike are afraid to touch the issue.

“...few of our prominent citizens were natural born citizens...” True, but the Art. II language goes on “or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution...” So the Founders were clear as crystal on this requirement, 14 years post founding. They anticipated that their generation would not be around for but a few more elections and were likely biased toward those who were born here and Citizens in 1789. So, for example, Alexander Hamilton was unlikely to be considered as eligible.

The post I replied to was talking about the time of the founders and what was known to them. The poster stated...

“Most citizens were natural born citizens, but the framers wouldn't leave eligibility requirement for the president to Congress”

That is incorrect. Almost all U.S. citizens at that time were citizens at the time of the adoption of the Constitution. They were almost all born as natural born subjects to the Crown of England.

"Who the key members of Obama’s probable support group and probable sleeper cell were and are is well known to the CIA and the FBI."

Now the $16 Trillion question: Why don't these agencies DO anything about it?

As long as the fraud is allowed to remain in place, the presidency is completely compromised and "Obama" is open to blackmail by any foreign government with a semi-decent intelligence service.

That's not even getting into all of the unconstitutional bs the guy and his Marxist fellow travelers are being allowed to get away with because all of the "powers that be" know that his pResidency is unconstitutional from the get-go.

Of course, they might also be chicken.

I'm glad you saved the correct answer until the end of your post. That's exactly it.

"But it was already obvious four years ago that not a single Republican leader cared a whit about the imperative provisions of the Constitution, when not a one of them would raise the question in the Congress when the electoral votes were tallied."

Over and above their fear of what getting plastered with the "birther" label might do to their reelection chances, I've become convinced that they've all been convinced (at least in their own self-serving minds) that "pulling down" America's Historic First Black President would have catastrophic consequences for national security.

Just deal with four years of this "green" joker's ineptitude and then let him and the constitutional questions concerning his eligibility or lack thereof quietly fade into the background of history when he's voted out upon completing a single term.

After all, how much damage could the guy and his Marxist fellow travelers do in that short amount of time?

As I see it, along with others, is that the Founders recognized the dilemma of excluding from the POTUSA existing citizens of the colonies. The Founders very knowingly crafted into the Constitution that these existing/living citizens and only these would be exempt from the ‘natural born citizen’ mandate.

"I’m sure the MSM will open their ridicule faucet full blast on Joe if he brings everything to the surface. You can count on it."

I double-dog dare them to do it. Joe's the complete antithesis of the spineless jellyfish the MSM has successfully cowed thus far. They can try to ridicule him and his CCP, but I don't think they'd like the results of such an attempt.

Twentieth Amendment, Section Three:

"3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified."

Congress failed to uphold it's own duty to defend the office of President from being usurped. Traitors all.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a correction to the information I posted. I received that Obama birth certificate information in an e-mail from an old friend whom I had the utmost trust and confidence. If I had received that e-mail from almost any old friend but him, I would have checked it out before forwarding it.

Thanks again for providing the correct information. I will pass it on to my old friend.

As Ronald Reagan once said, "Trust, but verify."

Thank you for taking the time to provide a correction to the information I posted.

You are very welcome. We freepers need to look out for each other.

I received that Obama birth certificate information in an e-mail from an old friend whom I had the utmost trust and confidence.

I will not malign anyone's motives for spreading incorrect information. There is much nonsense that keeps getting repeated, much of it innocently by people who haven't had the time to think it through or research it properly. We are all victims of those people who jump to conclusions and then spread their erroneous assumptions all over the internet. I don't know how many times i've had to correct people about John McCain's birth certificate, but that is ANOTHER ongoing rumor that keeps getting spread. (That he was born in Colon Panama. He was NOT born in Colon Panama, He was born in the Coco Solo Naval base. )

We owe it to ourselves and to the movement to assure ourselves of the accuracy of our statements. The Liberals would like nothing better than to mock us for spreading "kooky theories."

If I had received that e-mail from almost any old friend but him, I would have checked it out before forwarding it.

I have good friends as well that send me stuff. Often upon checking I find they were a little too eager to believe something without merit.

Thanks again for providing the correct information. I will pass it on to my old friend.

Again, you are absolutely welcome. If you should find me making a mistake, by all means, please correct me. I have spent a great deal of time researching various aspects of this issue, and if there are any aspects of it that you might have questions about, if I cannot answer your questions, I can direct you to several other people on this forum whom I consider to be highly knowledgeable and even "expert" regarding this subject. A few names include Spaulding, rxsid, edge919, flotsam_jetsome, Beckwith, Butterdezillion, Fred Nerks, Danae; and several others as well. (I appologize for any names i've left out.)

As Ronald Reagan once said, "Trust, but verify."

"Доверяй, но проверяй". (Davehr'yay, noh praver'yay) I remember that.
Reagan was the Greatest President since George Washington. I was proud of being an American during his Presidency.
