Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio told a radio host today he’s met with Republicans – including every one of the GOP presidential candidates – and has come to the conclusion they’re as guilty as Democrats of “hiding” questions about Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president.
As WND reported, Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse conducted an extensive examination of documents released by the White House last April purported to be Obama’s original, long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration card, only to conclude there is probable cause the documents are actually forgeries.
Yet despite his findings, Arpaio told “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on New York’s WABC Radio that media and politicians alike are afraid to touch the issue.

Yeah they are. But you know what I’m thinking? My thought on this is not that they won’t ever take it up, it’s that they know they only have one chance if they do.
If Newt, Rick or Mitt ever take up the eligibility issue they will have to be able to prove, immediately, unquestionably, and absolutely that they have the goods. If they don’t they will be massacred by the media (rhetorically speaking).
It would also be a full declaration of war against the Obama administration and could possibly convince him that his only chance to avoid prison is to assume supreme power and govern directly. And if that means whipping up race riots, declaring martial law, ordering the Supreme Court into recess, or even locking them up, he’ll do it.
At that stage he would have nothing to lose.
Bearing that in mind, it’s very possible they might be waiting for exactly the right moment and forum to play that card. If that’s the case, it’s probably a smart move.
Of course, they might also be chicken.

This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama’s birth and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama’s father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the “British East Africa Protectorate”. The name did not change to Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?

One of our local AM radio talk host who acted conservative on all/most issues was right in line with the dictate not to touch the birth issue. He would slur the birther thing, just like the liberals and would not touch it.
Two weeks ago, there was a big shakeup in DFW AM radio. Fox news radio is no longer on the air (for what they were worth) and Bolton has been dismissed. The new format promises no yelling on the radio. Passive go along/get along types.

Every member of Congress read Obama’s “Fightthesmears” web site in which Obama honestly told us “I am a native-born citizen of the US.” Congressmen should all know, but most citizens don't, that what Obama told us was that he is a 14th Amendment naturalized citizen. Because of his alien father Barry is not natural born, nor did he ever claim to be. He just knew he would never be asked by the media, and that no legislator would raise the issue because John McCain was not eligible either.
There were two actions, S.2678 in Feb 2008 sponsored by Obama and McCaskill, the the ‘‘Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act’’. which did not pass, and would in any case have failed the judicial review Barack clearly doesn't care for. It was a statute, a law, and could not have changed the Constitution. Every Senator knew that McCain needed an act to become eligible, but S.2678 did not pass. Then, in April 2008, six weeks later, the Senate Judiciary Committee considered the McCaskill/Leahy/Clinton resolution to create the political impression that McCain had been made eligible. Most don't know what a ‘resolution’ is, and neither did this writer, but some reading shows a resolution to be an non-actionable opinion “John McCain served the country so we all agree that this time we will just ignore the Constitution.” Two bills in six weeks as Barack moved behind the curtains to become the candidate. McCain as an opponent was needed to quiet any congressman tempted to honor, protect, and defend the Constitution.
Terms are not defined in the Constitution - by design. Natural born citizenship was common-law, known to everyone at the time of the framing of the Constitution. One source, of dozens, was cited by Chief Justice John Marshall in an 1814 decision, The Venus, 12 US 253. Chief Justice Morrison Waite needed the definition because there was no Constitutional definition other than Article II Section 1 of who were citizens. Most citizens were natural born citizens, but the framers wouldn't leave eligibility requirement for the president to Congress. Defining who were naturalized citizens was left by Article I Section 8, to congress, which didn't get around to defining citizens until 1868, the 14th Amendment. Chief Justice Waite turned common-law, “born on the soil to parents who were its citizens,” into positive law - precedence. That was in Minor v. Happersett, 88 US 162 (1875). No judge, legislator, or pundit who fails to address the crystalline definition of natural born citizen in Minor is worth listening to. They are lying to cover their complicity. The law is there, and clear. That the case is precedent will be clear to anyone who takes the time to read Minor. Remember, Justice Waite said that because Virginia Minor is a natural born citizen, she is also a citizen. It sounds redundant, but remember, before 1868, the Amendment at issue in the case, there was no other constitutional definition of who were citizens. Remember too that 14th Amendment citizens, like Obama, are, by definition, 'naturalized citizens.'

I regard this as evidence that the original record created in 1961 was NOT created in a hospital where it was likely they would have used a normal classification of race. This point reinforces the idea that his original birth certificate is based on a "born at home" affidavit filled out by his grandmother, and she put "African" down because she didn't know any better.

This point is completely wrong. Yes, Kenya did exist prior to 1961. The entire region had been called "Kenya" for over a hundred years or more. Someone has even posted a Kenyan postage stamp from the 1950s. I couldn't find that stamp, but I did find this from 1957.

The local people called themselves "Kenyans". They didn't care what was the Official British name for themselves. Since the place of Father's birth was being told by a native Kenyan, I am not going to worry about what the British thought it should be called. It is completely irrelevant. Apart from that, according to the stamps on this web page, even the British referred to it as Kenya.

They anticipated that their generation would not be around for but a few more elections and were likely biased toward those who were born here and Citizens in 1789. So, for example, Alexander Hamilton was unlikely to be considered as eligible.

That is incorrect. Almost all U.S. citizens at that time were citizens at the time of the adoption of the Constitution. They were almost all born as natural born subjects to the Crown of England.

As I see it, along with others, is that the Founders recognized the dilemma of excluding from the POTUSA existing citizens of the colonies. The Founders very knowingly crafted into the Constitution that these existing/living citizens and only these would be exempt from the ‘natural born citizen’ mandate.
