University of Rochester ^ | April 5, 2012 | Susan Hagen

Posted on 04/08/2012 3:20:59 PM PDT by EveningStar

Homophobia is more pronounced in individuals with an unacknowledged attraction to the same sex and who grew up with authoritarian parents who forbade such desires, a series of psychology studies demonstrates.

I'm sure you know that this argument is frequently used by gay advocates, so I don't know how much stock I should put in this article. What do you think?

Sometimes true, but wrong more often than not.

Some of the obsessiveness about the issue from some of the posters here has made me wonder about them - particularly when they keep going out of their way to list all the homosexual practices that “horrify” them; or the ones consumed by fear that a homosexual will hit on them.

I don’t get where that much energy comes from.

I don’t like to eat dogs. But ALOT of Asians do. Does that make me have a phobia against Asians? I don’t spiders either.

And some homophobia isn’t phobia at all. It’s just a knowledge of right and wrong.

I don’t remember it being an issue my parents had to address.

I think it has become an issue because media and television have made it popular. Not to mention our illustrious academia.

Oh, no, not this sh!t again.

Seriously, the point is who cares if a bunch of blacks or red necks become homosexuals and turn to Islam in San Francisco to rot and die in their misery so they can call themselves liberals? In fact, someone so inclined to hate them would be so happy to say: “I love Islam and I love when losers practice homosexuality and hurt each other that way”.

THe thing is, so long they do not come around and impose their lives or their faces or derranged lifestyles on me, I am fine. But that never happens. It never happens because decadence requires constant subsidy of some sort to keep going. SO these people are always in your face eventualy.

I think they used to call this “latent homosexuality.” Essentially it occurs when a war is being fought between a person’s morals and his inclinations.

I always like dealing with moral issues using the question: What would happen if everyone did it??

The human race would be wiped out!!

Same thing with abortion....

If you are a Christian, you have to live like a child. Would you want to be a child with 2 gay fathers?

That’s the energy. If that does not energize people that we are paying taxes and following expensive laws especially accomodating so that we be treated like their children and have to step in the gutter for them, yeah, that’s energy.

Now, maybe some would want apathy like the Jews going quietly to Dachau or something, because they are too PC to hate the “Energy” against the coming upon of death.

Sometimes I want to kill certain people.
I must be a killer.

I tend to refrain from the practice of killing though, so
I must be killphobic.

Those who would push this garbage need to find a new home on the net. “Homophobia” is a word made by godless liberals suffering “heterophobia.”

I wonder how much Evening Star's grandchildren and great-grand children are going to have pay for the money borrowed by the government to finance this important study.

Indeed, it’s easy to berate against people who do not like homosexuals when one has money and no problems. However the day the state becomes strong enough to impose its prefered lifestyles, these people will be the first to cry uncle and be like: “ and then they came for me but no one was there, so I had to become gay”

It’s not until you are truly defenseless that one can make true arguments, and if the Earth was completely gay, it would be a good way of starting to imagining it.

Just another attempt by the gay fascist crowd to push their moral code on this country just like the very European colonialists they say they hate.

They think they’re going to shove it down our throat, but they’re gonna find out the boot’s gonna stomp them into the ground.
