Well it has been an issue in District Judge Royce Lamberth's court over the Hawaii subpoena; in Judge Mahili's court in Georgia over ballot eligibility; (maybe in Judge Parker's Alabama Supreme Court) and in Larry Klayman's case in the 2nd Judicial Circuit in Florida.

I am not saying these were cases won or lost, just that the birth certificate matter has been in courts a few times. It is not exactly new news.

yeah its ben an issue but where has it been presented in court?
