Hernandez's execution, the fourth this year in Texas, was carried out after he was convicted in the beating death of 10-month-old Karlos Borja, whom he was baby-sitting in Dallas 11 years ago. Borja's 4-year-old sister was also found with similar injuries but survived. Hernandez was already a convicted child sex offender at the time of the incident.

If he had been the kid’s mom, he would have gotten away with it. Female moms are the only protected class of people with a license to murder other human beings in this country.
Amen! She knew what she was doing. She chased a couple of the children as they ran out of the house and she dragged them back inside to their deaths. She knew full well what was right and wrong as she waited until her so-called husband and her other caretaker had left the house. She waited until all adults were gone and no one could help the kids. Everything else I have to say would get me banned from Free Republic.

There is SO MUCH more to that case. Including multiple stays for psychosis, heavy duty medication that she had to abruptly quit because their insurance company quit covering it and they couldn't afford it and emergency attempts to see a psychiatrist THAT WEEK. She was a very sick woman who should NEVER have been left with those kids. Honestly, she shouldn't have been having them. Her husband, the one with the alleged right mind, chose to leave the wife he had sought emergency psyciartic care for THAT WEEK with his five children.
