Was Trayvon Martin a Drug Dealer?
Wagist ^ | 3/25/12 | Dan Linehan

Above is the iconic picture we’ve been become accustomed to seeing everywhere in the media, used to represent the recent Trayvon Martin shooting in Sanford, Florida. From everything the public has been told, Trayvon Martin was a fresh-faced, innocent looking teenager and the visage of the man who shot him, George Zimmerman, is right out of a booking photo.

The media narrative being sold is quite clear, Trayvon Martin is the innocent victim here and George Zimmerman is a horrible bigot who attacked the young man for doing nothing more than buying skittles while being black. Even Barack Obama seems to accept the fresh-faced innocence of Trayvon, stating, “If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon.” More on that later.

It’s becoming more and more clear however that the innocent appearance the mainstream media is so desperate to apply to Trayvon isn’t at all accurate. The picture we’re used to seeing to represent Trayvon Martin appears to be a far cry from how he actually looked once he was a few years older.

I don’t see anything about going to the store in the police report you linked. I think there are questions about this store trip, the first of which is what store? There are a lot of fragmentary statements floating around, such as that he was getting snacks for his younger brother, and of course that this was at halftime of the NBA All Star game. Then we see it stated that the father was not alarmed when he did not return all night. So lots of questions.

Also though, being in between the buildings seems to indicate that Z followed him in there. This does not contradict the statement attributed to him that he didn’t see him and turned to leave but it would seem to be a form of pursuit. ( The building locations are easily seen in Google Maps in the Retreat at Twin Lakes complex. )

If anyone saw my posts at the first FR featured story, I listed several forensic tests needed to be done regarding gun powder/shot residue on clothing, marks on knuckles, etc.

And then I said, “You do it by the book and your results will stand good in court” (paraphrased).

The comments about when an officer uses the Miranda rights is relevant too. A good catch.

Check the media from all sides and see if they have addressed these issues. I’m willing to bet that 98% of them either don’t know about forensics (I thought everyone watched CSI); don’t care to inquiry; or are afraid that the results (if known at present), will kill their biased reporting.

I learned about collecting evidence in a year-long course I took in both “Criminal Investigations” and “Criminal Law, Evidence and Procedure”. Basic investigative steps you take at a crime scene.

Also, collecting all the spent cartridges you can find; process the gun and clothing; residue powder check on hands as well as skin/DNA evidence under the nails, on the surface, etc.

You do it by the book.

"Don’t you walk to the store at 0300 to buy a bag of Skittles?"

Apparently so...

The President has scheduled a memorial ceremony tomorrow in which he will pour “40 ounces” into the Rose Garden flower bed.

Yes, that’s the one, however the pic I have which is of the same image is slightly larger and can be enlarged even further with picture viewer, and sadly I see the mark under the right eye in that picture.

I found this posted by his cousin on FB on Friday March 9 2012:

http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1504956862&sk=wall

“Jaleesa Tasha Martin
While visiting the Orlando area, my cousin was walking to the store when he noticed a man following him. He asked the man “why are you following me?” the man replied “I’m not” and rolled his window up. The man then got out his car & continued to follow him. My cousin asked him the same question & the man gave him the same answer. (S/N: The man never identified himself as crime watch & was carrying a pistol. You ask how do I know because the account I’m sharing is the account he (the killer) gave to police. Oh and the first officer on the scene had the same name as the killer.) OK, so the man then reaches in his pocket. This is when my cousin struck the man, taking him to the ground and continuing to beat on him. The killer now calling for help got hold of his gun firing 1 fatale shot. This man was not arrested or even processed. No charges are being filed and the state is withholding evidence. Why did this man single him out, why did he lie & tell my cousin that he wasn’t following him, why did he continue to follow him, why did he get out his car, why didn’t he identify himself as the local crime watch? These questions were never asked or answered.”
I guess they think it is illegal to walk in your own neighborhood and now want the guy arrested for defending himself after begin assulted ?

I’ve not seen that one either. I note that he is darker and his lips are quite a bit fuller than they were in the red shirt Hollister pic when he is younger.

I can’t say for certain, perhaps it’s just the angle of his head in that pic.

The only broken noses I’ve really seen are associated with martial arts and MMA, and they generally show as a crooked nose where it literally looks as if it was pushed sideways.

It’s possible that it was broken at some point based on the fact that he played football, but just speculating on that.

I don't practice crim law, but I do know a few things. Hopefully the cops did things by the book in their forensic tests and evidence chains.

There was a lot of complaints about Zimmerman not being questioned at the scene. The fact that he was detained tells me much more. Hopefully the tests were done properly. There's some speculation about that, but the truth there we should find out later. I'm interested in what the Florida grand jury does.

No, not at all, yes I realize that.

I used to be a leftist when I was younger. An atheist.

But then I saw the Lord working in my life, and I knew I was wrong.

This evening, after being able to verify the veracity of the images being shown around here lately, I find myself depressed, sad.

The people that are doing this, the media, the race mongers, politicans, presidential candidates, the president himself, those who wish for unrest...they don’t care if an innocent man gets hurt or killed.

They don’t care if he goes to prison or the execution chamber. They don’t care if he is drawn and quartered in the street by furious people. They don’t care if it happens to his wife, or his friends. They don’t care if the people who may riot kill any other innocent bystanders. They don’t care if the people they incite to riot get killed themselves.

They don’t care if cities burn over this. They don’t care if the military comes in and kills or gets killed, or police men for that matter. They don’t care about truth, or justice, or order, or rights, or anything of the sort.

They only care about power. Their power. And they will use any means no matter how heinous, horrific, or Evil to achieve it.

I am sickened. I am ashamed to be a member of a species that chooses to behave in such ways.

I’d rather be a dog.

God help me, this is messing with my head.

Yes, it is, but the mark under the right eye is still visible. It’s a pinkish mark that slants down to the right.

just my observation as a possibility - couple that with the scar on his shoulder...anyway it could have been broken and healed strangely especially if not set right...
