I know where you two are going with this. I do.
You believe this “Slut” incident is yet another diversionary tactic being used by the liberals against the SoCons to get us to lose focus on the real issues. This all began with George Steffie bringing contraception and the Catholic Church into the national consciousness. Now everyone is all chosing sides over Fluke v. Limbaugh.
And add in a healthy dose of Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Birthergate, and we are right where they want us, right?
WRONG.
There is very little economic difference between liberals and the RINO’s in Washington these days. The only hope we have to make a real change for our country and turn it aroud is with social issues.
Like being outraged with a slut like Fluke.
And if that gets us bloody, beaten and defeated in November, so be it. We sure ain’t gonna win on the tax and economic conerns. Only if and when we have leaders with the moral integrity to stand up and call a spade a spade will we then have a leader with the correct economic sense as well.
If you read my post (and actually understood it) you would not have had to presume anything about "where I am going with this". I went there already.
I am furious that Rush went off the rails and surrendered a winning argument by getting personal and ugly.
