Tehran's deputy defense minister warns Jerusalem against strike on Iran's nuclear facilities, says 'any action by Zionist regime will bring about its destruction'
As speculations over a possible strike on Iran's nuclear facilities grow, the Islamic Republic is exacerbating its rhetoric.
Deputy Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi on Friday warned Israel against mounting such an attack: "Any act by the Zionist regime against Iran will bring about its destruction."
Hezbollah, he added, "Is at the forefront of the fight against Israel and it is growing stronger by the day."

Given Mother Russia’s actions (nuclear fuel, SAM systems to Iran) it appears little has changed in regards to this.

It's become very tiresome, and after a while, after hearing this year after year, over and over, no one or few are going to care.

The muzzies haven’t tried a full-scale war since they found out Israel had several nukes.
The only way to halt Iran's nuclear program is to blockade Iran's Persian Gulf ports, imposing the same on Iraq should they permit trans-shipment. The blockade would only be lifted if Iran agreed to unfettered inspections.
Iran exports $110 billion per year of petroleum and imports $50 billion in refined petroleum products. A blockade would bring Iran to its knees.

The world economy would not suffer from a blockade. Iran's pathetically low oil mexports relative to its reserves could easily be compensated by increased OPEC production. The Sunni Saudis should oblige with a figurative shot at their Shiite protagonists.
The current run-up in world oil prices is being caused mainly by inflationary pressures and to a degree by uncertainty about a potential Israel-Iran conflict. This uncertainty is being caused by White House interference with Israel's right to defend itself. In the absence of White House pressure, Israel would have acted long ago.
The only Presidential candidate who would consider the decisive actions outlined above is Newt Gingrich.
IMO, Israel should stop all talk of any aggression, stop telegraphing their thoughts/threats/anger or what they might do etc.
If they reach a point and decide Iran is a real genuine threat, they should without reservation, suddenly and quickly attack that country with total surprise and total vengeance.
