We have at least three media outlets to hear Newt Gingrich tonight!

Mark Levin’s radio show.

Piers Morgan on CNN

Greta’s Show on Faux!

We’re in for a treat!

TGIF!

Yeah, after saying if you can't win your home state you should give it up so you know he can't lose the peach state.

Again, Newt is great but superfluous—it's between Mitt and Rick now.

No one - including me - has said Santorum has run on “character alone instead of real policy ideas”.

But we are saying we fully support his clear cut social issues and his character. Not sure why you have a problem with that.

Second, we duly note your “us verses them” rhetoric as you flail away at our “superior” moral and religous thinking.

Tell us. Just what do you find so offensive about our moral and religous thoughts?

If Romney wins Michigan he will be the nominee and your little buddy is cheering him on.

That's a false claim and you know it!

Come on, cripplecreek. For the past 53 days I've been busy with our FReepathon thread, but you've been quite divisive in your support for Santorum against all his rivals. If Romney wins MI, it won't be Mariner's fault or the fault of anyone here.

Free Republic is totally against Romney and every member who's been for that abortionist, socialist pig has been ZOTTED.

What's that got to do with anything?

but you've been quite divisive in your support for Santorum against all his rivals.

No, running a campaign on character alone instead of real policy ideas has no place in presidential politics. It’s you guys who are deluded into thinking you are superior morally and religiously. Not us, and it won’t help you in the general.

Santorum hasn't even come close to doing what you accuse him of doing, Brand Newbie.

Who are you really dissing when you're 'vomiting' about moral values? ALL of us here on FR?

Read Below. This from this same Rasmussen Poll that you embrace, and tell how how Gingrich is faring? no matter what, this is now a 2-man race. The irony is that Gingrich is the “spoiler” who’ll give us Romney.

Friday, February 24, 2012

“In a potential Election 2012 matchups, the president leads Rick Santorum 48% to 42%. If Mitt Romney is the Republican nominee, the president leads 48% to 41%.

Both GOP candidates are even with the president in the Core Four states of Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, and Ohio.

In Michigan, the first polling conducted since Wednesday’s GOP debate shows Romney back on top with a six-point advantage over Santorum. New numbers will be released later today on the Arizona primary.

In Georgia, it’s Gingrich 33%, Santorum 28% and Romney 20%.”

""I'M VOTING FOR NEWT, I'll write him in with blood or CARVE it into the voting screen, if I have to!!"

I'm with you! NEWT is the only one talking about the bigger picture of us "losing our beloved Republic". He clearly explains what made America the greatest nation/society this rock has ever seen, and has solid solutions to restore the US to its glory days. NEWT would turn bambi into a pile of goop in the general election debates.

Although I like Santorum, he's not ready for prime time and would be devastated by bambi in debates. "Let's-pull-up-the-drawbridge" Paul is just plain naive, and would look pathetic next to the clintonesque bambi. Romney could possibly hold his own in the general debates, but we know what he is about - liberal lite.

I've never stated the term, "the fix is in". However, with the GOP establishment putting its weight behind Mittens, I'm thinking it may be true. I'm surprised the TEA Party has been involved to such a small degree. I kinda expected more activism in support of the most conservative candidate, Newt, after the others dropped out. I've read they have been here and there. Hope the movement is not dying.

I can no longer invest life energy in a race in which the electorate is so easily swayed by Television Commercials.

I get your point here. The double team of Romney and Paul against Rick was despicable, but what's wrong with the people who fell for it?
