Mitt Romney leads President Obama by 4 percentage points in Gallup’s latest national head-to-head polling.

If the election were held Thursday, 50 percent said they would support Romney, versus 46 percent who would support Obama, according to Gallup. The president holds the edge on former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-Pa.), 49 percent to 48 percent.

I hate to say it but we know more about Obama than we do about Mitt. Mitt is an enigma even to those folks who worked with him.

Gallup: Romney up by 4 on Obama

But wait! I thought that 0bama was being buoyed by "good" economic news.

God I hope 0bama and the Democratic party (the party of Perjury and Obstruction of Justice) get electorally destroyed in November...

I have never known so many unemployed people, or seen so many closed businesses. MAYBE the early 1980s, but I was a teenager then... Things are BAD. No matter what Obama and the Dems say. The fact they are trying to make this about anything but Obama's record is proof enough they know they will lose if it is about Obama. I daresay anyone short of a broken vacuum cleaner will beat Obama.

This contradicts what I have been reading in the A.P. (Associated Pimps). 0bama is buouyed by the rising economy. Happy days are here again. The skies are clear and blue again. Unemployment has dropped dramatically down from 8.5 percent to 8.3 percent.

He's not my candidate by any means, but that's a pretty big stretch. His father was a well known Governor and former presidential candidate. People throughout his life can identify him and his associations. He was a well known business person and was well known 10 years ago when he successfully turned those winter olympics around. He ran for Senate almost 20 years ago, and then served a full term as Governor in Massachusetts...plus was well known and vetted running for President 4 years ago. No one knows diddly about what Obama was doing before 2004.

unemployment figures hit for February...

Let me predict - unemployment down from 8.3% to 7.0% and 3,000,000 no longer seeking employment.

I'd guess lower than 7.0%, but there has to be more maneuvering room for improvement leading up to the October numbers.

This article has haunted me since I read it (and it's by the loathsome Frank Rich BTW)...
Who in God's Name is Mitt Romney?
Here's a troublesome quote right off the top...
"Back in the thick of the 2008 Republican presidential race, I asked a captain of American finance what he had made of Mitt Romney when they were young colleagues at Bain & Company. “Mitt was a nice guy, a smart businessman, and an excellent team player,” he responded without missing a beat. Then came the CEO’s one footnote, delivered with bemusement, not pique: “Still, whenever the rest of us would go out at the end of the day, we’d always find ourselves having the same conversation: None of us had any idea who this guy was.”

More ammo for Romney supporters to claim that only he can beat Obama. I’m getting tired of Romney and his supporters.
