I guess stupid GOP-e women prefer to see a “husband” in their POTUS and NOT a leader.

My gender pisses me off.

My wife supports Santorum and views Gingrich as a “moral leper.” The only way she would vote for him is against Obama.

My daughter, a college Republican, supports Romney. Santorum is her second choice and she views Gingrich as an absolute joke: “We're not going to elect a fat old guy who likes to hear himself talk, has been married three times, resigned from Congress under a cloud and has more baggage than O’Hare.”

Here is the baggage that makes Mitt Romney unelectable: he took part in Wall Street high finance scams that bankrupted companies while he collected millions and took advantage of government payouts, he was responsible for layoffs and sending jobs overseas at the companies he took over, under his governorship Massachusetts ranked 47th out of 50 in job creation, he raised taxes/fees by hundreds of millions, he granted at least 189 gay marriage licenses that were not required by the courts, he instituted socialized Romneycare and his own people used it as a model to help craft Obamacare, Romneycare included taxpayer-funded abortion courtesy of Planned Parenthood, he supported an assault weapons ban, he makes constant gaffes that make him sound like the out-of-touch and heartless mega-millionaire that he is, he is a member of the exotic Mormon religion which has a history of racism among other unusual beliefs, he’s made more flip-flops since he started running for president than John Kerry making pancakes, and much more. There is a reason that Romney used Saul Alinsky’s tactic of accusing his opponents of the very things he is guilty of through an almost 100% negative multi-million dollar attack ad campaign. He needed to get the attention off of himself.

That is why Mitt Romney is such a joke as a nominee. He’s not the fiscal conservative/social liberal that some of his supporters seem to prefer. He’s not a fiscal conservative at all! All of his demonstrated and spoken instincts are towards socialist thought and ideology. And he HASN’T even tried to flip-flop on his economic positions.

I don’t understand the pundits wishing he’d “learn to articulate conservatism.” Why would you expect him to learn that anymore than you’d expect that Dennis Kucinich or John Kerry to? Mitt Romney was born and bred a liberal. He CAN’T change. Why even ask him to when they are REAL conservatives we can nominate instead? For once even the men are acting like women, thinking this guy will “change” into their dream man if they just shower him with enough love and support.

Mitt Romney’s liberal record on economics follows. Here is all the evidence you need that he’s the next John Corzine, i.e. a liberal high-finance businessman who can’t be trusted...

*Socialized medicine under Romneycare

*Taxpayer-funded abortion through Planned Parenthood

*Raised taxes/fees to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars in Massachusetts

*Wants taxes to be higher on people making $200,000 or more; even Obama only wants them higher on $250,000 or more

*The Wall Street Journal says his tax plan is “timid” and similar to Obama’s

*Thinks the poor are doing just fine by being stuck in the safety net, isn’t concerned with them

*Refused to speak out in favor of John Kasich’s efforts in Ohio to curb union abuses

*Believes the minimum wage should be indexed to inflation, a classic bleeding heart liberal job-killing policy

*Believes in the class warfare mantra that certain policies help some classes while doing nothing or hurting others

He didn’t “resign from Congress under a cloud.” He actually got reelected right before he resigned, unlike Santorum or Romney. Why do you keep repeating this nonsense on multiple threads day in and day out?
