Your “allegations” don’t really hold water here. If the birth certificate(s) were the ONLY hint of Obama’s illegitamacy, than I MIGHT follow your theory. But there are many, many details about Obama that have been scrubbed or concealed by his followers. If I am to believe that all these concealments and cover-ups made on his behalf are merely to augment Obama’s standing in the public’s eyes, then there is a much greater “conspiracy” than even I could have suspected. That would imply some grand scheme beyond a belief in birtherism.
The answer is much simpler than you imagine it to be. Don’t try to attribute all this obfuscation to a grand ploy. Obama obviously has much to hide - do you honestly believe that Obama is just a regular guy who just happens to be shy about his past?
