It cannot be more perfectly clear, in the 1st amendment but it also shows that overturning don’;t ask was another step in their socialist agenda and for those around the country saying openly serving homosexuals is no bit issues then they better wake up and see how now religion and the military is under attack

Any military person worth with ethics would refuse to follow an order to defy the Constitution, which in this case involves freedom of religion.

The Freedom part. The of part. The Religion part.
That pretty much covers it.
1st Amendment says "Congress shall make no law..."
2nd Amendment says "...shall not be infringed".
Even with 14th Amendment incorporation (debatable), States can't make Congress make a federal law about establishing a religion.
But strictly speaking, I think states can (and actually did, for years).
But "... shall not be infringed" seems to cover fedgov and states.
But this is like kicking a dead whale down the beach.
We lost over 100 years ago.
All we can do now is try to resurrect a real Constitutional Republic.

For far too long in America, we have been led by corrupt career politicians. Why, there isn’t over 50 of what I would call Patriots in the whole of the Congress.
A few of them might have started out all right, but they most have been corrupted, by money, power, and perks.
As long ass there are people who can build Millions to stay in office it will never stop.
We need to have all left over Campaign funds turned over to the IRS so that all candidates start our fairly,and we need term limits, and we need it bad.

For way too many years the Catholic church has looked the pther way as Democrats in office who were also Catholics have supported abortion and the Catholic Church stood by and kept it’s mouth shut as millions of babies were murdered. Happy that the Kerry’s, Kennedy’s and Pelosi’s were members of the Catholic faith.
For 50 years the Cathloc Church has supported illegal immigration to the extent they aid those who are already here, and encourage more to come here.
For as long as I can remember the Catholic Church has supported an New World Order, a one world financial system to redistribute wealth, and has supported socialism.
Now they find themselves reaping th eharvest they have sown with the socialists they have helped to put in power. The Democrat socialists recieved 54% of the Catholic vote.
I for one will do NOTHING to aid the Catholic Church as long as they continue to support the above issues and continue to allow pro-abortion democrats in their ranks.
God will judge those who supported abortion, IF the Catholic Church is for God then they need to make a stand, otherwise they will fall.
They have reaped the wind and are reaping the whirlwind, so be it.
