Paul will be fine to the media as long as he helps Romney and/or the left, as soon as that is over , then the media will drive him off.

What double standard? Someone here decrying Obama’s associations that you listed, as we all do, or someone here doing that and then defending Paul’s.

"An association fallacy is an inductive informal fallacy of the type hasty generalization or red herring which asserts that qualities of one thing are inherently qualities of another, merely by an irrelevant association.
The two types are sometimes referred to as guilt by association and honor by association. Association fallacies are a special case of red herring, and can be based on an appeal to emotion."
Anyone with a 4th grade education can see that Ron Paul is a Neo-skinhead racist. But anyone with more than a 4th grade education can see that it is just more smear...

LGF? I hear “Socialist Worker’s Daily” has some interesting pieces, too.

No. Im attacking the double standard. Might be good to make that clearer next time, instead of simply saying, "So what."
I'm sure I'm not the only one who got the wrong impression about your post.

That probably would have been better as an original source. LGF has no credibility, and I wouldn’t want to give him any traffic.

Do you frequent Little Green Footballs often? If so, perhaps you should reconsider being on a conservative website. They’re more looney left than DU as well as a deranged cult of personality to that weirdo who runs it.

It’s a shame, and it’s actually weird what happened to Charles Johnson. He used to be conservative, and his site was very important during “Rathergate”, but I guess something snapped, I don’t know what. All of a sudden he starts ranting about creationism, and it’s been downhill ever since, to the point where he’s indistinguishable from Daily Kos.

By the way, I notice that LGF has a link to this very thread as his latest post. Hi Charles!
Oh, and by the way, most of us (Or a large number of us; I don’t speak for everybody of course) on FR don’t want to have anything to do with Paul, because we realize he’s insane. I’ve known this for a long time. He’s very popular on Alex Jones’ show, which is enough right there to make me suspicious. Then, he holds the U.S. responsible for 9/11. Sometimes he sounds like he could be running for president of Iran.
Since this is common knowledge on FR and not really news, we’re taking the opportunity to poke fun at you instead. Have a nice day!

(from linked article):Other excerpts show A3P webmaster Jamie Kelso (whose email account was one hacked by the collective) coordinating meeting between Paul and other members of A3P such as corporate lawyer and chairman of the neo-Nazi group Paul. Im going to go to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) with Bill Johnson, reads an email to an A3P member dated January 2011. Bill and I will be meeting with Ron and Ran Paul. I have a teleconference call with Bill (and Ron Paul) tonight. Much more later. Things are starting to happen (thanks to folks like you). OK, so some members went to CPAC and met Paul there.
Personally, I don't care. If Al Sharpton can be considered mainstream and respectable -- if Obama's long associations with William Ayers and Rev Wright are considered OK -- then I will not concern myself over who Ron Paul has in his fan club.

Paul says he would cut $1 trillion from the federal behemoth.
Saying something and actually doing it are two different things. Appeasement Paul has NEVER done anything in all the time he has been in Washington.
How long has he been Chairman of the Domestic Monetary Policy Committee? The committee that oversees the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve Appeasement Paul complains about constantly. What has he done to start the process of ending the Fed?
Nothing

“Appeasement Paul has NEVER done anything in all the time he has been in Washington.”
He has voted No on No Child Gets an Education, the unPatriot Act, MediPill, various bloated budgets, hundreds of billions of dollars of taxpayers’ money squandered on “nation-building” Mohammedan projects in Iraq and Afghanistan, etc., etc. How does that square up with your buddy Juan Bush?

Cute but no cigar.
What has Paul done is the question?
Voting no on bills he KNOWS will pass, is not doing anything.
He does support foreign aid for palestine (always vote yes) but no one else, I guess that’s something.
