I don’t think he can afford to just cede Georgia, not because of the electoral votes he wouldn’t get anyway, but because a victory there would resurrect the whole issue that he thought he had under control.
Agreed - but if he just says - hey look I don’t have time to waste on this, just withdrawal out application and the suit won’t go forward. Then he gets out in front of it and can bury it on page 20 in a few weeks.
He won’t win Georgia, BUT if he is not on the ballot, be prepared for some major civil unrest. It would make 1968 look like something Disney produced....Wait a second, maybe I am on to something...:)
