Romney has his deflection shield up on high - blah blah blah and not answering, just giving his campaign rhetoric. Trying to be a cheerleader and trying way too hard to look aggressive. Yuck.
Santorum couldn’t get his bearings...trying hard to give a right answer but not finding his footing to do so. Wasn’t about to knock Newt but fiddling for words how to make himself look good.

Santorum is hurting himself with the sniping instead of focusing on the answer.
WOW WOW WOW . . . I was watching here in my Mom Cave and was clapping wildly for Newt!!! Slap down! I was surprised the idiot CNN guy came out the gate with it but WOW was I impressed with Mr. Speaker’s reply!!!!! Go NEWT!!!!!
Mitt had a rehearsed answer on the Port of Charleston and Newt got it first. That’s why he had to go back and get it out.
I never feel like Romney really says anything. I know he’s a smart guy, but I just don’t get him. Newt’s direct answers are much better...imho.
Mitt is more energetic though tonight..he’s afraid to look too passive compared to Newt.
Newt hit the ball out of the park in the opening.
