Happy to know you appreciated my contribution to the thread. IMHO, polls, such as the one cited here, simply reflect decades of neglect and intentional disregard for teaching rising generations the essential ideas of liberty so well understood in 1776 and 1787.

I agree. Understanding our founding principles will really help in giving a sense of wonder for the American experiment which will help in turning around the situation we find ourselves in.
