The Vindictiveness Of The Real Trump
Me / The Rolling Stone/ Fox Business’s Don Imus ^ | Dec. 24,2011 | RetSignman

Posted on 12/24/2011 10:09:48 AM PST by RetSignman

I think now that Trump has dumped the Republican Party, we now get a better view of his pettiness and vengeful mind.

When the candidates didn't take part in Trump show debate it was, in his mind, a direct insult to his enormous ego and has retaliated against the whole of the Republican Party. Remarks include:

"I don't want to ruin my image by saying this, but I'm a much nicer person than people understand," Trump says. "I like to do the right thing and help people. But when people are disloyal to me — I have a couple of instances of well-known people, where I'd help them out, but when I needed a favor, not a big favor in this one case, this guy didn't want to do it. That's 15 years ago. I haven't spoken to him since. He died. He's dead mentally. In other words, for me, they don't exist. I HOLD A GRUDGE. I have the longest memory. I always kick back. I believe in that."

Trump made it clear this morning on Fox Business’s Don Imus show that HE'S GOING TO HOLD A GRUDGE "I don't want to ruin my image by saying this, but I'm a much nicer person than people understand," Trump says.

Trump doesn't like Rove's "joke" comment, either. "That was a very nasty thing for him to say," he mutters darkly. "He shouldn't have said that. We'll have it out with Karl Rove. I don't lose too often."

It's kind of weird hearing Trump spit out his words with such rigid vehemence just like he does on his reality show, knowing how huge a constant that grudge-holding is with him and that you yourself might one day be on the receiving end of just such a grudge.

People love to listen to him talk. They like the way how he says that other countries should pay for our protection. They also likes the way how he says he’ll make China pay. If Trump ever got his hands on the power of this country he would have us in trade wars within months and major wars within a year. Trump, fun to watch, but not what America needs.

He shouldn’t hold a grudge against Newt, since he was the only one who offered Trump any deference. He ought to hold out for a position in the Gingrich campaign and/or administration.

Trump is a man of principle.

The principle being that of a kid in a playground football game, who, if the others don’t play the game his way, he’s going to take his football, and go play with a different group that might be more amenable to his way of playing the game.

In other words, he’s a first class a-hole.

Since when was Trump ever a part of the conservative ideal?
Just because a guy likes money doesn’t make him conservative.

Witness Warren Buffet, Bill Gates or any of the Kennedys.

Dump Trump!

Why? Rove is doing the same thing to voters! Revenge on voters w/his half *** candidate he keeps pushing to keep GOP elite control. Good on Trump.

I wanted to see that debate - what part of a candidate NOT willing to debate but wants the highest office in the land do you embrace?

Mitt uses money to win and not his half a** concern for America. He can’t win on his love or success FOR America.

All the weasels CANNOT handle scrutinity but want to lead us? IMO, Santorum and NEWT are the only ones with integrity - sink or swim - they want the BEST for America - the other candidates want the best for themselves.

There would be NO protection from the media in that debate - and whatever the candidates lack will surface for sure!

If Trump runs on a third party ticket, it is imperative that we unite against him and vote the the GOP who ever it is.

Trump as a Third Party candidate will give a second term for Obumba. That means the big O gets to name two more Supreme Court judges and will get a chance to complete his "transformation" of America.

What do you do if your candidate is a dud? Split the Republican vote. Democrats - they try to pick all the candidates.

Who in his or her right mind that has been paying attention is shocked that Donald Trump jettisoned the Republican party and is stating publicly that he holds a grudge? Big deal.

Everyone knew that Trump was a narcissistic egomaniac with delusions of grandeur and that he was petty and vindictive. A lifetime of being surrounded by sycophants ensured that Trump was never close to accepting anything but his own opinion - about anything - and that his political naiveté would lead him to utter sometimes harsh but welcome criticisms of Obama but also lead him to eventually act out his fantasy of being the king of the world, via the political system. Now, he's making not-so-veiled threats about holding a grudge against those politicians who are 'disloyal' (translation: not subservient) to him in some way, shape or form.

I believe that Obama will lose the election by such a huge margin - no matter who the GOP nominates to run against him - that Trump and his third party candidacy won't matter. Still, 'The Donald' could present a tremendous problem for conservatives this election year. He could be another Perot. Then again, he could end up a laughingstock. I sincerely hope its the latter.

How hard of a fight did the GOP put up with BOzo’s last two Supreme Court noms? Can you honestly say these traitors didn’t get exactly what they wanted? If Mittens was president what kind of judge do you think he’d nominate? There’s no way it’d be a conservative.

He has MORE interest in America and America succeeding than snake in the grass mitt.

Everyone of us who has a deep interest in this country is political - ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ Trump isn’t looking for political power but like the rest of us - we damn well want someone who has a DEEP interest in America and not themselves - like the weasels mitt and rove and the GOP elite.

Actually, Trump’s only redeeming quality is that he wants to be tough on Communist China. Communist China is already in a trade war with the US, anyway...the US trade deficit with Communist China is many trillions over the last 3 decades. Quite frankly, free Trade with Communist China has been an abject failuure...and anyone really still supporting it is nothing more than being a Communist

However....Trump cannot be trusted on that issue...because some of the products he hawks are made in Communist China. I doubt he is willing to put high tariffs on the Communist Chinese when it will affect his wallet

You wouldn’t know it by a whole lot of people on FR, even Rush has shown he has a lot of respect for him.

I have this uneasy feeling Rushs’ wife Kathryn will pop up Trumps’ “The Apprentice” to promote , in some way , her tea company.

“We”? What “we”? Romneypuke would actually be worse than Zero since the Rs are supposed to be different from and better than the Dems. Romney is a leftist sleazeball, so why would “we” be better off with him? Plus if he’s forced on us as a candidate, he’ll lose, so “we” will be stuck with Zero even if Romneypuke does win (which he will not).

Snake like - surely you know the different between a real snake and a pompous ass that is also a snake - roaming around to deceive voters but trying to maintain a presidential look - for appearance sake. He is the MOST pompous. I think his snake like approach has you deceived.

He hasn't done s*&! FOR America - he is a KNOWN LIAR, he flip flops, he's a KNOWN big gov't whore and rino - and you think he running for president 2x's isn't pompous with his record and lack of anything good FOR America? Driving around France to protect his sorry *** instead of serving the country he NOW wants to lead. NOW that is pompous! He had his chance to do something good for America - he failed miserably over and over and over, again, because it's ALL ABOUT HIM and not our country! His way of getting what he lacks is buying it - he is EMPTY when it comes to patriotism. So is barry - his counterpart.

Trump holds a grudge—and he knows a lot of people some of them unsavory folks. I don’t blame Trump—He was used by folks and then, when it was to their advantage to dump on him—they did (ie Huntsman, Michele B.). To his credit Newt didn’t neither did Sarah P. We shall see what Trump’s wrath shall be—It will not be pretty but it will be entertaining to watch. He may wait years for his revenge—but it will come. Yes, he is Vindictive and mean in an old 18th century ways. Watch and see.
