I am still confused (see my last post with the links)It looks like 10K signatures was required then 15K was and ObamneyCare had 15K..
If your name was on the previous 2008 ballot and you get 15K sigs you don’t need to be certified for 2012. This applies to Romney, Ron Paul, and (presumably) Obama.
In other words, ALL candidates who attempted to get certified for 2012 were rejected.
