O’Reilly: Is he a socialist?
Romney: You know, I prefer to use the term that he’s just over his head.
O’Reilly: Yeah, but you got to look at his economic plan. An economic plan that’s top down, federal leadership, getting us out of the recession--- he spent trillions of dollars on that. And people say, Listen, the guy’s a socialist — it’s class warfare that’s what he’s gonna wage against you if you get the nomination: You’re a rich guy, you’re out of touch. Is he a socialist?

Democrat-Lite is nowhere near what voters are seeking. Ann Coulter, Karl Rove and the National Review are inadvertently attempting to give Obama a second term. So much for the "supposed" intellectuals. Sunday shows and fake news interviews have become nothing more than blatant liberal campaigning for the "preferred" candidate.
Just combine them.... zer0 is an Obamunist.
I’ve never liked Romney. When the government-controlled death panels (state-run healthcare) debate raged, Romney could have helped his career and won many conservative hearts by pointing to the failure of MA’s failed state-run medical system. Instead, he said they were both good ideas.
When McCain and Hackaberry colluded to bump Romney out of the primaries, I felt just a wee bit sorry for Romney.
Now every time he opens his mouth, I dislike him more and more. I don’t quite dislike him as much as I do McCain, but he’s working on it.
BO is a dope. I’m not sure why Romney sat down with this fool.
It pains me to agree with mittens, BO isn’t a socialist.
He’s a Marxist.
Mitt doesn’t want to call Obama a socialist because that would make Mitt a socialist also...which he is.
Mittens is an idiot. Only Ann Coulter would think he’s Presidential material, much, much less a conservative.
...he got McWuss syndrome, he can’t and will not call him what he is.....like McWuss wouldn’t say Hussein........typical spineless RINO
This is a lot like when RINO Romney’s ideological soulmate, John McCain, said sweet things about Obama during the 2008 election.
Newt: Obama’s a socialist.
Bachmann: Newt’s a socialist.
Romney: They’re just in over their head.
Huntsman: China is capitalist.
Paul: Iran’s a democracy.
Perry: I’m from Texas.
Cain: 9-9-9!
Santorum: Why am I not getting any questions?
Palin: I’ll never say never again.
“Gingrich recently gave an interview to NPRs weekend version of the show All Things Considered . Here he takes a position that the Obama administration has created a “secular-socialist machine” that will destroy the country if the Republicans dont stop it.”
http://mwcnews.net/focus/editorial/3357-newt-gingrich-calls-obama-a-socialist.html
Can you imagine how weak he will be in that debate?
Mitt has no fire in his belly for this country - he’s a POS!
And I’m glad he’s exposing his wuss liberal self to the nation as he expects it to be handed to him like everything else in his life. He is NOT one of us but a silver spoon fed liberal.
Newt just appeared on O’Reilly and answered every question directly and turned it completely around. No way can Romney do this. Newt will be able to attract enthusiastic support, while Mitt would get—at best—lukewarm support and no enthusiasm.
Mitt keeeps making it harder, not easier, for us to support him. Sigh.
What’s next, a McCain-style declaration that “the country won’t be in danger if we re-elect Obama”?
Why because mitt refuses to answer a very legitimate question yet he wants to rule our country? I’d ask mitt the same and a lot more - am I a dope?
What is mitt going to challenge Barry on?
But for a lot of people now, calling Obama a socialist is what it's all about, not winning the election.
Is Obama a socialist? Not in the classic sense of demanding public or state ownership of the means of production, but as classic socialism has withered, people come to see it in places where they wouldn't have during socialism's heyday.
Probably more Democrats are going to have connections that could be seen as "red" even as fewer people advocate what socialism actually meant for generations.
Willard will never get anything from me, save my utter contempt.
If I were a famous American with an 80% approval rating by the public and knew the presidency was mine just for the taking.
I would refuse it.
Being elected after Obama is very much like being made Captain of the Titanic half an hour after it struck the iceberg, or maybe General Paulus being made Field Marshal after he was surrounded by huge numbers of well provisioned Russians in Stalingrad with no hope of being resupplied or evacuated.
Maybe a better example would be being made King of the Persians just before the battle of Arbela.
Mittens your a big government liberal Republican who wouldn't recognize a Socialist until he stole all your money. FUMR
That's a Socialist.
(And so is Romeny.)
Get the Hell out of the way, Romney!
Mitt is simply a younger version of McCain. The GOP elites are more interested in being listened to than the future of this country. Gingrich doesn't listen to them and it annoys them greatly. Coulter, Barnes, Crystal, Will, et. al. are lazy. It's easier to find fault with an administration than to support one. It's also much more profitable.
Perhaps is that the Church of LDS has a lot in common with the church of Black Liberation Theology?
Socialism is the gateway to Communism. Socialism is Communism lite, which eventually transforms to Communism.
Obama is a marxist - Mitt is a socialist. If Mitt get the nomination, God save us...
FMR, I saw him on O’Reilly and addressed it earlier today here on FR but I will do it again. He’s a sissy a$$ and the last thing we want is him debating the Marxist Kenyan Barry Hussein Soetoro. Newt had the guts to call him an Alinsky radical at the last debate, I think Newt was being kind, but Romney, off the charts on the sissy meter. There would be no debate between Romney and Barry, the Marxist usurper would crush him and Mittens the dog abuser would just smile and take it. NO NO and NO!
I don’t want a repeat of 2008. McPain was Barry’s biggest campaigner. He handed that election to the usurper on a silver platter. I detested McCain then, but I detest him 100 times more now. It was at this moment(see video link below) that I realized once and for all, he had no intention or desire to win that election and was actually helping Hussein. Then he held Sarah back and wouldn’t let her get down and dirty on Barry the Kenyan Marxist, and it was over then.
McCain telling people they don’t have to be afraid of him and how decent he is. FUJM and FUMR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And And Romney is not McDole warmed over.
Aw aw, you are treading on dangerous ground supporting Mittens the dog abuser on this forum.
I totally agree.
And If Jeb Bush enters the race I'd like to be the first to say I'll stay home and let the Marxists win.
Romney never misses a chance to disappoint.
Us = Conservatives who vote in Republican primaries.
Not exactly sure why this rather innocuous statement (Romney makes it hard for conservatives to support him) should put a bug up your ass.
If one reads your home page they might think someone has hijacked your screen name.
Fascism: a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
That sounds pretty much like him:
Yup, that sounds like Obama...
Bachman can win all we have to do is Vote for Her....
How could anyone vote for a politician as weak as this?
If he cannot even bring himself to tell the truth about Obama’s political notions, then what use is Romney to any free man?
Never would anyone so weak get my vote for it is obvious that he would not fight, and only surrender more of our ground to the left, and we can afford to lose precious little of what remains of that.
Oh no! I see some others applauding Romney’s restraint. Geeez.
I can see Mitt endorsing Obama if he doesn’t get the nomination. That whole birds of a feather thing....
Oh, and nice job on Letterman Mittens — what a clown!
“Obama is not a socialist...”
...and O’Reilly is not an idiot.
I think this pretty well covers it.
Dr Paul MD will whip Romney like a red headed step child in 3 weeks and then we will see who the socialists are.
There’s nothing worse than seeing “conservative” 0bama apologist O’Reilly try to mix it up with Mr. RINO-care. They tip-toe around the fact that 0bama sucks but they’re scared to death of saying something that will trip up their agendas and contradict past 0bama minimizing and rationalizing. These guys are both total clowns.
Mitt knows ducks well. He is willing to attack Conservatives, but not Obama — Could it be that Romney’s ducks look just like Barry’s?
McCain did not lose the election because he was considered a moderate. He lost because he was a BAD choice to go against the cool & hip persona of OBAMA. Not realizing that same comparison between Newt and Obama is a huge oversight. You give the average voter much more credit for voting “policy” than is warranted. They are not analyzing policy as you do here. Unfortunate, but in this culture, that’s the way it is. There are just too many uninformeds and stupids who will pull the lever for O again, unless they at the very least, have a likeable candidate to otherwise vote for. That would not be Newt.
It’s a mormon thing.
Obama is a communist, and Mitt is a Rockefeller Repuke Country-clubbing Ann-the-tranny-Coulter inside-the-beltway DC RINO National Socialist.
FUMR!!!
Come on Mitt! Use your head!
