The last debate before the January 3rd Iowa caucuses is being held tonight in Sioux City.
We get seven candidates at this debate: Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Rick Perry, Michele Bachmann, Rick Santorum and Jon Huntsman.
Fox's Bret Baier anchors the debate. Fox News panelists questioning the candidates: Chris Wallace, Megyn Kelly and Neil Cavuto.
Bachmann comes across like a whiny old bat.
Just vote as Frank says, and everything will go according to plan....

I agree. That was the Perry I saw in Iowa City a few months back. He’s not stupid and he’s not a drone.
Gingrich was masterful tonite. Still don’t trust him but he’d smack Prez Fool Sucka around like a little beeotch doll.
Santorum was great, just no real gravitas.

Paul is the Alien Abducted Homeless Crazy Guy.

From the beginning they kept saying Mitt’s the forerunner and haven’t stopped. The liberal media and ‘rinos are all in this together - and that includes MITT and MICHELLE!!

Gingrich wiggled and it was obvious that Gingrich’s get your facts right didn’t shut up Bachmann like he wanted.One of Nwt’s long time pals said he has a huge ego.I think he would make a superb sec of state or other cabinet position.We need real change not good ole boy crony crap.Perry and Bachmann look to offer the most true change and DC overhaul.Gingrich would not shake up congress and make them all Part Time.He butters his bread with high ranking pubs.
Yep. It was fine to question that and get it out there, but she kept harping and harping on it even after he'd answered the questions about four times. Then she harped some more for two days after the debate was over.
MIchele did what the anti-FReepers do around here...demagogued a single piece of info into a false attack. Just because you refuse to "purge" pro-choice Republicans, doesn't mean you support abortion. Just because you wouldn't kick evey one of 11 million illegals out, doesn't mean you support amnesty.

I got home late and missed the first 15-20 minutes. Can anyone explain to me what Perry said about Tim Tebow?
Newt won the debate, period. Perry did great, but that’s given his low expectations. Bachman, Paul and Santorum are done. Romney did well, but nobody will ever trust that guy....

Can’t we nominate Perry and have Newt as a Designated Debater?
Because he thinks ALL his opponents are just like BHO (when, really, HE’S the most like him!) and he’d just as soon hand BHO another term by running third party. I’m scared to death of that happening. Heck, I don’t even want to see Trump run third party!
