Wouldn’t you say that quite a few of the 50 states are off limits to the Republican nominee, who might same time and money by forfeiting them. I was thinking of MA, VT, CT, RI, NY, NJ, MN, IL, MD, OR, CA, WA, and HI for starters. That 13 totally unwinnable states.

At some point in February, I would be unsurprised to see Newton drop out and endorse Romney. There is little doubt that Romney is his second choice.
