...then WHAT will the GOP Establishment do next?Any Predictions?
What?
You should probably state a position or give some pre-text.
Herman Vain?
I MEAN Herman CAIN(I can’t type today).
Is your headline a typo, or your opinion?
Coffee first. Typing later.
They’ll push their guys and we’ll get Obammy for 4 more years. The GOP doesn’t seem to realize that they’re out of second chances.
They'll Bork Newt next in order to make sure Mittens has a clear path to the nomination without a serious conservative challenger.
The RINOstablishment will demand that Cain step down for the good of the party due to the sexual harrassement claims.
FAIL.
I recommend you contacting Admin and having the thread pulled. It’s gonna save you a ton of face.

Mittens will win NH. That is a given. It is just by what amount. If it is within 10 points, Mittens and the establishment has problems. If it is a blowout like it looks like it will be, no matter what happens in the early states, the establishment will still pimp for Mittens. They will use the NH win as something to grasp to.
We have to keep our eyes open for what they have in store for him if this character assassination fails.
As much as they’re clinging to it, though, it sure looks like this is all they got.
BREAKING NEWS:
A Rasmussen poll conducted Tuesday, the day after Bialeks press conference, found Cain leading in Florida with 30 percent of the vote six points ahead of Romney and 11 ahead of former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich.
Remember: IA + SC + FL = Cain is our nominee, no question about it.
None of the rest of us much matter.
OK, it's 3pm in the Least Toast time bones, so you can't flame this on rack of toffee.
Thought I'd join in on the fun.
A bimbo a week claiming she played hide the pizza with Cain.
Some will support him, but the majority will either be silent or endorse Obama “for the good of the country” in exchange for power and clout in the future.
The C key is right next to the V key.
I think that the GOP has been on “Double-Secret-Probation” since 2010 and if the pull some CRAP(Mitt,Perry), then the “GOP” will cease being a viable major party. Funding will slowly(at first) then faster(later) dry up and the GOP will be a N/E regional Party.
Latest SC poll: Romney 22, Cain 20, Gingrich 10, Perry 9
This is a long ways from being decided.
You’re so Cain I bet you think this song is about you.....
hehehehehe
Wouldn’t surprise me one bit. RINOs are as big a scumbags as liberals.
Agreed. Whoever wins Iowa will get buried in the headlines and when Romney wins NH, the media will have a field day... kind of like John McCain’s orgy after taking NH.
They will do that. But they won’t make it public.
I don’t know if anyone listened to the last caller on Rush today........but it is disturbing.
1964 all over again, when the GOP old-guard (including Mitt Romney’s father) refused to endorse the nominee.
Think of the Christine O’Donnel election. Karl Rove and the GOP establishment went off on here verbally. The state GOP refused to give her any money or support after she won the primary (they didn’t even have her as the nominee on their web site). Then, they blamed the Tea Party for her loss.
Think of that happening on a national level.
I thought it was next to the C# key.
The more interesting question is what will they do if Cain wins the nomination. At a minimum, I expect many establishment types to endorse, and campaign for, Obama. I also think there will be a big push to get Romney to run as an independent.
Between Cain and Obama, there is little doubt at this point that most of the GOP establishment would want Obama to win.
IA, NH and SC, he would have it nearly wrapped up at that point, wouldn’t he?
I honestly think that he is at risk of being assassinated by a “right wing extremist” if he gets the nomination. I sincerely believe they would go that far. Right now, the country is on the brink and the stakes are VERY high. Desperate times call for desperate action.
They will pull some legal hocus-pocus and have a judge crown mittens as their candidate. After all, it’s his turn. Right?
They could fund a third party candidate to split the right...........
Results of the January 2008 Iowa caucuses:
Mike Huckabee 34.36%
Mitt Romney 25.19%
Fred Thompson 13.39%
John McCain 13.03%
You can probably forget about New Hamp-shah. Sometimes, I wonder if they just like to be contrarian to the preceeding primary.
I think if the rino establishment tries to tell Cain that, he just might tell them where to go themselves..he got this far without them and with them actually working against him...they didn’t make him, hard to tell him what to do...
Darn it I came in too late to see the original headline so I cannot ridicule you....:O(
If Cain actually takes a lie detector test and passes, he is golden.
LOL very creative...
If Sarah Palin had run, she would be facing even worse.
If the Establishment wins and knows it can keep doing this in the future, then we, the people, will find it hopeless to fix our government.
We cannot let them win. Please, do not waver in your support for Herman Cain.
.
If he takes one, so should the women that accuse him...
Outlier.
Go to RCP.com for the FACTS.
The GOP establishment is not Cain’s biggest enemy.
Obama is the one behind these attacks. Bet on it.
While Obama is attacking Cain head on, he is also attacking the republican voter base by trying to blame establishment republicans... Very subtle but effective party bashing going on here.
Yeah... the GOP establishment want’s Romney.
But they DO NOT sink to the levels that Obama does to accomplish their objectives.
How is the GOP out of second chances? If you [we really because it includes me] do not get the candidate of your wishes, you still must decide whether you prefer Obama to whomever is the GOP nominee. That is the only choice one has.
Why do you begrudge others their choice in the GOP primaries. You sound like a my way or I am taking my ball home kid on a play ground.

“not in sickness, but in health” isn’t new, but many have forgotten about it.
Newt has escaped criticism because of rules against “punching down”. Now that Newt isn’t really “down” anymore, all of his adultery will be discussed where useful to other candidates.
“Yeah... the GOP establishment wants Romney...”
ALL of DC wants Romney...trust me on this. Romney = Obama-whether he’s elected or not.
Anybody else is profoundly threatening of the status quo. We’re being set up for a Politburo Soviet style election with “approved” candidates only.
The real question is will the GOP survive Cain. There are a lot of grass roots very upset with the establishment GOP right now. I think it is 50-50 that the Tea Party goes independent.

The next few polls will tell the tale, until then it is the latest poll.
Wait! I thought it was all over and Palin was the nominee!
It’s all over and Cain wins? Who knew?
And you sound like a typical beltway groupie waiting at the dressing room door for your chance to service a star.
In case you aren’t bright enough to understand. That’s utter contempt for your kind.
