Yes, I'm not impressed about any tax plan that includes ‘ghetto zone’ tax breaks, especially from someone that is claiming to be conservative.

I noticed it and looked on the net, couldn't find anything. Unlike some people, I don't like to make grandiose posts without being able to back them up. This is FR, I thought we were supposed to cite claims we make. I couldn't refute it.

Keep in mind, Cain is a self-proclaimed “American first, black second, and conservative third.” Don’t be surprised by things like “empowerment zones” and the like..
