With that kind of score, why would some dumb criminal even think of robbing a liquor store, a drug store, or even a bank? The real money is in white-collar capers, with special treatment and little chance of arrest.

Congress needs to identify someone in Solyndra, not at the top, but high enough to have known what was going on, and give him or her immunity to oblige him or her to testify.
It's much bigger than that. This is the "Ruling Class", both pubs and dems, on display. Pubs like Upton and Issa had their hands out and used their influence to steer deals from this same pot of money to their districts as well.
