Report: Suspected Terrorist Sneaks in From Mexico, Captured, and Released on Bail
Pajamas Media via The Blaze ^ | September 28, 2011 | Buck Sexton

Two men of Bangladeshi origin were caught by Customs and Border Protection illegally crossing the US-Mexico border last June and admitted they were members of a terrorist organization that allied with Bin Laden against America. Now, it appears at least one of those men is free after posting bail and claiming asylum. And the Department of Homeland security has no idea where he is.

The information is according to a report this week by Pajamas Media, which gives some background on these suspected terrorists:

“The two men, Muhammad Nazmul Hasan and Mirza Muhammad Saifuddin, were intercepted near Naco, Arizona, not long after they had crossed the border on June 25, 2010. During their interrogation, one of the men admitted that they were members of Harakat-ul-Jihad-i-Islami Bangladesh (HuJI-B), which was designated a terrorist organization by the United States in February 2008.”

The State Department designated HuJI-B as a terrorist organization in 2008. The group has a long history of deadly bombings against India, and wages Jihad alongside other terrorist organizations with the goal of a global caliphate. According to Long War Journal, the terrorist group HuJI-B operates by recruiting from:

“Madrassas, or religious schools, in Bangladesh and are trained in al Qaeda and Taliban camps Pakistan and Afghanistan. The Bangladeshi terror group plays a crucial role in training jihadists from southern Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia and Brunei and provide[s] manpower for al Qaeda’s affiliates in Jammu and Kashmir, Afghanistan, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Chechnya.”

So we have to ask the question, if a self-proclaimed terrorist is in the United States illegally, wouldn’t deportation at a minimum be a better option than releasing him on bail?

Terminally stupid actions by the government that is supposed to protect us makes me want to scream and destroy things.

Muhammad Nazmul Hasan and Mirza Muhammad Saifuddin

Two different guys and they are both named Muhammad. That hardly ever happens.

This is from the TEXAS BORDEr SECURITY report released Monday:

3. Human Smuggling: The human smuggling of undocumented aliens from Mexico,Central and South America across the southwest Texas border captures much attention from the public and the media. Three-quarters of all aliens who come into the U.S. from terrorist countries, mostly the Middle East, are captured in Texas along the U.S.-Mexico border. These are called “undocumented referrals”from “specialinterest countries” such as Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan and India. Somali
intruders pose a particularly troublesome challenge for Texas law enforcement because they often claim political asylum when apprehended and too often are released into the general population without proper vetting. Global intrusions are merely another source of revenue for the cartels that collect fees from smuggling organizations for their use of cartel-controlled human smuggling routes. But these very special human cargoes are a particularly worrisome and serious threat that may well translate into a tragic, large-scale attack against American territory in the
future.

Were they given grenades and automatic weapons before release by the DOJ or ATF or Obama operatives for the 57 States?

Probably hired by the ATF on the courthouse steps, "Hey you guys cross the border real good! Are you looking for work?"

I'd prefer the firing squad option. They weren't here to open a taco stand.

Tells one everything one needs to know. There is no fear of retribution, and believe they have protected status, if they (Muhammad Nazmul Hasan and Mirza Muhammad Saifuddin) said this.

I don't know why we even bother to apprehend these people if they just get released...on bail, or not...they are allowed to remain here. Seems to be a waste of human effort and resources anymore. Our security does not matter to this administration. Obama is happy for more illegals with Muslim backgrounds to come here, after all...America is mostly a Muslim nation, according to him. He just wants to increase the Muslim population whether they are terrorists or not.

“Is that border wall still just a waste of resources, Gov. Perry?”

Yep. And the terrorist is eligible for in-state tuition.

This case perfectly points out the fraud of the so-called ‘War on Terror’. If the oh so scary A-rab terrorists were such an existential threat the USA that required the alteration of our way of life, including groping grandma at the airport and giving up all your personal info to FEDGOV to open up a savings account at the local bank then after 9/11 Bush could have and should have sealed the borders and stopped immigration from all Muslim countries. Instead Bush opened the floodgates for hordes of both illegal and legal immigrates to waltz right in and then created Northcom/Department of Homeland Security to go after American citizens. The Muslim boogieman has been hyped up to trick the gullible public into giving up their wealth and their liberty to support Globalism abroad and tyranny at home.

Frightening?

What s frightening is that this government thinks this is a good policy.

Doing anything else would be “heartless”.

If they won’t deport or build a wall they should at least cut off the benefits. If they oppose that too, they are pro-invasion.

Yes. I'm fully aware of all that. I'm also fully aware parts of the Rio Grande are inches deep and can be traversed by a Chihuahua. There still needs to be a barrier of some kind.

It may be inches y you but it’s the life of farms and ranches.

We are Way past fences in Texas. the only way to deal with this is MILITARY. Yes U.S ARMY, Marines and Air Force.

Then these F-ing murderers will get the idea, they aren’t as industructable as they think they are.

Considering the fact that we have millions of illegals here, there are without question a few hundred who are actually Muslim terrorists. They simply walked across the Mexican border, while our troops are running around in Iraq and Afghanistan looking for them.

You are pitching misinformation. Governor Perry has said that fences work in the more populated areas, such as El Paso. But they are not practical for the hundreds of miles of border which are wilderness. He said those areas need “boots on the ground” plus planes and helicopters to stop illegals and Mexican drug gangs. He is right. Trying to build and maintain a fence several hundred miles long is an absurd idea.

I think we should bring home the troops from Afghanistan and Iraq, and have about 25,000 of them patrol the Mexican border. It is a certainty that several hundred Muslim terrorists have walked into the U.S. via the Mexican border, while Obama does nothing.
