The only high speed rail making money is in Japan. The rest of it is a liberal delusion... a boondoggle, a total waste of money... It would be cheaper to hire Holder's people to burn dollar bills and throw the ashes to the wind than to hire them to work on high speed rail.

How about old Jesse calling for the repeal of the Davis-Bacon Act that instituted the government requirement to pay “prevailing wages” (union scale wages} on any contract, thus eliminating non-union companies from under-bidding non-unionized companies for government contracts.
