Yes, there’s no question about it. They have to be forced to marry or give up their kids. The behavior—having children out of wedlock—was criminalized until only a few years, it must become so again.
It’s even easier if you don’t give them “benefits” to begin with; it got to a point where welfare queens were being set up with their own apartments, paid for by us. They get all kinds of aid to go to college, and little incentive not to be dirty sluts popping out more (until 1996, that is).
After raising a row claiming that they hadn’t been having these babies for the free money, the black birthrate fell quickly. It was awkward because it was done to them by our FIRST black president.
