“If the video is so obvious of a crime then why aren’t the police arrested or officially faulted for it?”

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Here is the Republican reaction:”

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That shows how much you know about Pima County! Or the AZ GOP, for that fact!

Pima County’s GOP HATES conservatives. The party establishment here will spend money in the primary trying to defeat conservative candidates, which is a bit odd since the primary is supposed to determine the direction of the party, rather than the party trying to determine the direction the voters get to go.

“You ask how much I trust government, yet you are the one calling for bigger government to investigate local people.”

Actually, I’m not. The only good information that has come out of this has been from news agencies investigating, NOT from the government. And yes, it WILL go to trial - the County is being sued. As it should.

Under your theory, the government can do no wrong unless the government agencies admit to doing wrong. Good luck trying that anywhere one party government exists! It is a good thing you are a BERLIN Freeper...Berlin has a history of the type of government you like.

You can trust Dupnik if you wish. But I live here, and he hasn’t stayed the County Sheriff for 40 years by being a good cop, or by being impartial. Look at his attack on Palin after Giffords was shot - Dupnik has no interest in the truth, only in politics.

But for anyone else reading this thread still, here is the video again:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XP0f00_JMak&feature=youtu.be

Decide for yourself if you believe Sheriff Dupnik, or your eyes! And decide for yourself is this is the America you want to live in...

“BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Uh-huh.

“BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Alright.

You are exactly like a 9/11 Truther who will spam you endlessly with video of the Twin Towers collapsing and insist it is proof of “controlled explosions”.

And judging from your rather over blown reaction (”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”) to my response, you are sounding just as crazy.

Seriously done with you also - Crazy Person.

Another example of why we should be concerned:

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2011/07/31/retired-military-translators-home-reportedly-raided-in-dea-mix-up/

Oops! They went to the wrong house!

So if they came to my house by mistake, and fired up a siren that sounds like a car alarm for 8 seconds, and give me a whopping 15 seconds to open the door...I’ll be moving in that direction with a 44 in hand, trying to check out what is going on - and be shot down for the crime of carrying a gun in my home when checking out a disturbance.

INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY, not dead until proven innocent - and then still dead.

I’ve posted the video. You have posted your political theory: TRUST THE GOVERNMENT.

I’ve posted about Pima County, where I live, and you’ve posted what you think from the other side of the world.

Let any readers decide for themselves.

Yes yes yes, fine.

This is THIS thread, however.

I suspect I already know the answer, but protocol suggests I give you the chance: Do you have any criticism towards the responsible police about this event, which resulted in the below transformation?

This is THIS thread, however.

Watching Mr. Berlin Freeeper kick up the dust of distraction and evasion is remarkable. He spins like a top.

I'm trying to imagine this guy attempting to convince a jury what these 6 officers did was reasonable.

What a piece of work he is.

Answer 2: It is reasonable, that since the take down only lasted 7 minutes, that the one policeman who had to handle the resisting suspect at the head is the one that may have used too much force while the others trying to grab kicking legs and flailing arms were otherwise occupied.

Yeah, in 7 minutes it was only the one officer at the suspects head, who beat him severely about the head...All while the 5 other officers held his legs and arms...None of them saw anything. It was just one officer tasing and secretly beating on this guy. The other officers just weren't able to see a thing!

This got the whole room here laughing.

Thanks again for that bit of humor Mr. Berlin Freeper.

What is going on with cops and why are we all of a sudden hearing so many stories about them?

Can't answer your question, but I recall during the Rodney King riots that then Police Chief Darryl Gates expressed his frustration that standards had dropped because of affirmative action.

Trainees who would not have made the grade were pushed through because of the "quota" system.

Are you suggesting that a case in which a young woman falsely accused several young men of rape is morally and legally equivalent to multiple witnesses watching six police officers beating a man to death?

Read this.

KFI Los Angeles has someone from the Fullerton PD, or who has ties to Fullerton PD, on with an electronically altered voice, so as to remain anonymous...KFI knows who this person is.

He is be saying police dispatchers at the department were watching live video feed, which was installed by the city, at the police station viewing the beating in real time, and those officers involved were then urged to re-write or change their reports due to this video. The dispatchers were said said to be shocked while watching this.

It's being reported the officers involved were shown the video and then urged to change their reports.

He's saying the victim was repeatably struck in the the back of the head with a the butt end of a taser gun, kneed while down to the throat and head,..The informant said one cop involved, a retired LAPD officer, now working for FPD, was shot 6 times, shot in the eye while on LAPD, has a glass eye, was actually hired by FPD after this and is the sized of a pro-football player...What were the other officers doing?.

The informant said at one point, one officer started to handcuff the suspect, but there was so much blood from all the continued beating, he stopped to avoid getting blood splashed all over him.

There saying the video in question, is high end, great resolution, capable of day or night video, and is very clear in regards to this event. Fullerton PD is refusing to release the video.

There are many other cover ups going on this department, according to this informant.

Now saying the video was bad enough, the police chief should have arrested these officers involved, after viewing this seized unreleased video evidence. Also, the dispatchers are now in question for not immediately reporting what they viewed.

Informant said Fullerton PD is paperless, all done with computer and the reports that were written, kept getting kicked back so the reports could be rewritten over and over, and it's being reported all the reports, or at least the log-in's to access them, should be on hard drives at the department.

This story just gets bigger..

I note that Berlin_Freeper still had no words of condemnation for the officer or officers responsible for this murder.

Yet, he was active on other threads.

A POS like you is going to change my position that I am waiting for the investigation to be complete?

Not likely.

The informant seemed credible, and had lots of information regarding the video and reports being rewritten. The station who put him on knew exactly who he was.

I think he's the real thing.

You keep saying your waiting for the investigation to be complete to comment on this case, even though you already have.

And you keep saying that.

Question: How come you've always commented on other cases/stories, like you did yesterday with the cameraman being beat in Vegas and prior to that you've speculated and made comments regarding other cases before the investigations were completed?

But now suddenly, you won't say anything until the investigation is complete?

This seems inconsistent and a bit odd Mr. Berlin Freeper.

Why the inconsistencies? Would there be a motive for this behavior?

I already told you. You kept spamming me even though I said I was waiting for the investigation so I offered you *a possible explanation* to your question.

To which you brushed off and then spammed the same question again.

I also said I was waiting for the investigation with the SWAT in Arizona but may have offered *a possible explanation* there too. So I have been consistent.

But anyway - it is the middle of the summer. Can’t you boys keep busy for a few weeks till the investigation is complete?

And when did I become so damn important?

LoL!

You repeatedly said here you have to wait for the investigation to be complete to comment.

And you keep saying that.

Question:

How come you've always commented on other cases/stories, like you did yesterday with the cameraman being beat in Vegas, and prior to that you've speculated and made comments regarding other cases **BEFORE** the investigations were completed? But now suddenly you decline to comment until the investigation is complete? _________________________________________________________ Berlin_Freeper: "I already told you. It's a simple question, even for you.

Why the inconsistencies?

See, there you go again.

I take the time to answer your question and I get thanked by you brushing my answer off with the same question.

That is why I consider you insane.

The cameraman being beat in Vegas?

The Cop Hater Mr Rodger demanded I look at his link and admit a small error by the police, so I quickly scanned it. Looked like a small error so I said OK small error.

Is that a big deal?
