Morning all, didn't see a thread for today so I created one.
I have NO doubt that Casey killed that precious one. Caylee would be the age of my granddaughter and my heart aches a bit when my own sweet Kaitlyn comes around.
They were here this past Saturday night and we talked about this case for over an hour. Kaitlyn listened and asked a few questions. Her parents, nor I, tried to not to talk about it around Kaitlyn, and she knows it’s about a mother who killed her child. We tried not to get too graphic, though, but we told Kaitlyn that someday she will read about this trial and she should try to remember as much as she can. this is probably one of Kaitlyn’s first permanent childhood memories, an odd thing.
But what I DO have doubt as to whether the very dumb Casey Anthony, who brings new meaning to the word stupid, intentionally tried to kill Caylee.
No wait. I DO think she intentionally tried to kill Caylee...BUT....
....I have a reasonable doubt.
My two cents...worth about a penny.
If she’s found guilty of aggrivated child abuse...it goes immediately to murder I.
I am not concerned about the DP..I just want her locked up for life.
The way her attorney had his hand on her shoulder, it was as if to brace her for what he seems to think will be a guilty. Which SHE damned well knows she deserves. SHE is the one who knows beyond any shadow of doubt.
Casey..this is ol sparky..ol sparky..this is Casey..now get acquainted with each other
She should be wearing Depends..
I was on a murder trial myself a few years ago (as a juror) and within a couple of hours of reviewing the evidence, we took a poll and only one of the jurors did not vote guilty the first time around. It took us a couple more days to pound away at the evidence before that last juror finally came around. But no way were we just walking out of there without a fight to set a killer free just because we didn't have unanimous agreement at the get-go. If we had to fight for the guilty verdict for weeks or deadlock, that's what we would have done.
Time for the defendant to modify that tattoo of hers. It is not going to be a beautiful life for her.
Verditc reached. Announcement at 2:15.
Casey is biting her lips...
Her attorneys Baez and Mason leaned in to talk w her. Baez is squatting down to talk. Just took a seat. #verdict #CaseyAnthony -jfellby cfnews13casey via twitter 1:04

#caseyanthony in the courtroom now - she looks nervous, chewing her fingernails. Cheney Mason just held her shoulder and seemed to calm her.

I sure hope that little angel, Caylee, is watching from Heaven and knows that she will be vindicated in some way. There must be justice for that child.
#cindyanthony screamed at reporters outside the courthouse, telling them to get out of her way. #CaseyAnthonyby stevehelling via twitter 1:02 PM
If the verdict is guilty, I expect Casey to go ballistic in the courtroom................
Corny joke about the late, banned non sequiter..
Whorealdo now furiously backing off his earlier GUARANTEE that there would be a mistrial..or solid basis for an appeal..
She is bitting her nails.. and lips. She knows she is guilty!
Thank you all very much. I appreciate it!
